The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

It's really amazing to stay there for couples of days. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived a little late, and it provided room meal service. T The amount of food is far from expectation. We had a big meal that night. The view of the hotel is quite nice, that we had breakfast with a pleasant mood, many kinds of food and drinks can choose from. Walking to the beach, enjoy the sunshine, and go paraliding is quite interesting. We spent a nice holiday here, and would recommond to all.

The hotel is great. The view is great. The hotel service is also good. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay here again next time. You can see the beautiful sea in the morning. The room feels like a vacation.

It's very quiet on the mountainside, and you can walk to the beach for more than a kilometer. The room is not large, so it would be a bit cramped to put three suitcases in. The sanitation facilities are pretty good.

The location is very good, you can walk back to the hotel in 20 minutes after paragliding. The scenery is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. We are self-driving, so there is no problem with transportation. We recommend people who travel by self-driving to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with fresh air and beautiful environment. When we took a taxi, a guy helped us carry our luggage to the front desk. The service at the front desk was good and he answered all my questions. But you need to take your luggage yourself when checking out, there is no elevator. Guests of the all-inclusive package will wear bracelets and can order whatever they want during meal service times when going to different restaurants and bars. Pasta is okay, but bartending is average and not recommended. Milkshakes are delicious. But I had a high fever that day, so the experience was not very good. I had no appetite for food or drink, and I didn’t go to see the half-hour performance in the evening. Otherwise, it would have felt like a vacation. There are two or three swimming pools. It is very comfortable to look at the mountains and the sea. After breakfast, you can sunbathe on the lounge chairs. There are many kinds of breakfast, I believe that people with different tastes can be catered for. I personally don’t like cold dishes such as cheese salad, so I mainly eat hot pasta and meat dumplings. Generally speaking, if you have enough budget, you can still come and experience it, because we have a lot of time to paraglider and go shopping outside. The actual time in the hotel is not long, there is no all-inclusive resort a**osphere, and we only eat a few things without everything. After trying it all, I only hurriedly entered the swimming pool for fifteen minutes and then checked out, so I recommend staying for two nights to be more comfortable.

Super nice hotel! Very cost-effective in the off-season! It only takes 20 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the beach where the skydive landed. The sea view is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Will stay here again if I have the chance!

We stayed in this hotel for one night and one day. For us it served its purpose. The hotel is very old but the service is good and it is definitely not a five star hotel. If you want to go to the beach, the service will drive you there once in the morning and then back again in the evening. The disadvantage is that you have to pay for everything you eat and drink yourself. The beach bar is very old and the place is not clean at all, so it's no fun going into the water. Additionally, the drinks and food are very expensive and you would really expect from an all-inclusive hotel that you can also eat and drink by the sea included in the price, which is not the case here. If you want luxury with beautiful beach access, then this hotel is not the right choice for one night. The hotel served its purpose for us.

The environment is great and the three meals a day are great. The all-inclusive service includes drinks and drinks, which is very cost-effective. The reason for the negative review of the facilities is that the door lock of the room was broken and the door could not be locked. When I contacted the hotel front desk, no one responded. Finally, through Ctrip the next day, the hotel sent someone to repair it. Thumbs up to Ctrip! But I was very worried about safety issues at night and didn't get a good rest.

Stunning hotel, incredible ocean views. The beach is a 15-minute walk, all inclusive, very large selection of food, everything is delicious, live music every evening.
