Hi dear customer After checking out I saw that they took 50.70 euros from my credit card without telling me.

Very nice staffs ...............Maybe I will stay again next time ................................

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a decent number of options which was great. Only thing, it is not as close to the airport as advertised, we end up getting a Taxi which is about a 20min ride. There is not much public transportation close by either so be aware of that extra expense if you are interested to head out.

Location: The location is very remote. It takes almost half an hour to take a taxi to Milan Cathedral. It is difficult to wait for a taxi during peak hours. Service: The hotel service is average. There are many people at the front desk but few people can do anything. The check-out queue is long. Hygiene: Hygiene is average, the room is quite big. There is quite a lot of breakfast and the taste is average. Environment: You have to take a taxi to eat anywhere around. There are empty buildings around the hotel and there are few restaurants. Type of travel: There are more domestic customers@maybe because they are all booked by Ctrip. We are on a business trip and have relatively free time. If traveling, it is recommended to stay in the city center.

The location is a little off, but it's OK if you drive by yourself. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is also good, but there are not many options for breakfast.

Honestly ? Very nice hotel, friendly staff, everything is close to the hotel, it's quite nice.
