De início reservei um quarto que não me atendia , liguei no hotel e foram super atenciosos e trocaram para mim..
Atendimento nota 10 . Cheguei antes do horário e consegui pagar meia estadia e subi p o quarto. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza do quarto também.
Indicarei o hotel e sempre que volta para ribeirão será minha hospedagem

O hotel é simples, ótimo café da manhã e cumpre sua função no caso se for uma estadia de curta duração e você não for exigente.
No geral o quarto é bom, porém pontos que merecem atenção: a limpeza do quarto não estava em dia, o vaso do banheiro com aspecto de velho, o chão do quarto um pouco sujo, e o atendimento não é dos melhores, o estacionamento é pouco seguro e no dia da minha estadia eu havia chegado primeiro e outros hóspedes acabaram ficando com o carro na minha vaga e meu carro ficou por um tempo na rua.
A tv do quarto não pegava muitos canais o que pra mim não era um problema.

Primeiro quarto deixou a desejar, ar condicionado não funciona e havia uma barata morta no boxe do chuveiro, porém me trocaram de quarto, no segundo quarto o ar condicionado também não funcionava, por fim, no terceiro que me colocaram não tive problema.

Chegando no hotel, não tinha disponível o quarto que paguei na Trip, estava com overbooking. O Gerente me instalou em outro hotel, porém impossível de ficar. Voltamos para o Day inn e tivemos que ficar no quarto pelo qual não paguei. O quarto estava com vazamento e fios expostos podendo ocorrer algum acidente. O gerente nos trocou 4x de quarto pq cada um tinha um tipo de problema. Detalhe: 8h de viagem com 2 crianças e precisei passar por tudo isso até me instalar em um quarto. Os recepcionistas foram muito solícitos, porém hotel ruim, um pouco sujo e comida ruim.
