1. In my series of reviews on smaller IHCL properties thanks to my frequent Tier-II / III town travels, I checked in to the Indore property on 28 Feb 24. 2. After a slightly underwhelming reception and an ordinary welcome drink, found everything in this property to be TAJ in capitals. 3. Great speaking to another very genial GM , Mr Mhatre and sharing our collective learnings. Just confirms my belief about small town but big heart properties. 4. Everything about the property was class and Everyone at the property humble. This is the truest reflection of the vision of the forefathers of this iconic name. As they say, CLASS with HUMILITY. 5. I have a special mention for the entire laundry / housekeeping team for doing what they are doing with utmost sincerity. 6. Chef Pawan and Steve besides happy employees like Rumchum make a big difference. Bravo Guys and Go Well Deeply appreciative of your warmth and hospitality. Rahul Tyagi

Great laidback place. Special mention of abhilash and bhupen pool, well kept gym and pool facilities. Great location........................lots of malls, hospitals and multiplexes near by. Gym equipments are new and well kept. Great

great service. the staff was very helpful, he kept providing water and gave assistance. the gym was clean too. 😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏 pool area, very neat and clean nice hotel, Indore city, very beautiful hotel. This centre in city. I am happy and gym Abhilash so good.

Experience was really good. Loved the hospitality and the breakfast spread really great with lot of options . Mr. Sourav and Sachin were really helpful at room service. The restuarant ambience was good . Rooms were maintained nearly . Staff were polite.

Attended an event of JM Mutual fund. It was wonderfully managed and supervised by Mr. Aakash. Awesome food. Wishing nothing but the best for the banquet team and Wow crest. I loved the covonut cookies served with Tea and coffee. I would like to buy a box of it as it is delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience guys!!
