terrible cleanliness, cockroaches in the room, boring breakfast (there is not even a toaster), the staff at the reception seem to be trying to help, well, they do not fulfill any request. I do not recommend it to families for a long time. Spending one night alone is fine.

Terrible of course. Dirt and cockroaches in the room, TV and Wi-Fi do not work. Lack of soap and towels in the room. You have to ask the reception staff for help several times, because they forget the first time and don’t do it, although they pretend to write it down. The location is only good and the breakfast (which I would like to improve by adding fruit, for example, or cereal)

Excellent location to those who seek easyness in transportation around historical Center area of Rio de Janeiro Brasil. This hotel is basic however safe clean kindly attentif représentatives . I enjoyed my stay. At nearby surroundings great delicious food nicely priced in excellent quality. Merci à tous l’attention toujours

Basic hotel in the centre of Rio with breakfast included. It probably has the best value for money. Wifi was available at reception, not in room.

No internet in room only in lobby. Barely working. Cheap price though

The worst hotel where they break into your room at will and ransacked your luggages and belongings. You can't never feel safe here. Breakfast food is horrible and the wifi oh just another full page to complain about. Booking this hotel was the greatest mistake. They shouldn't be allowed to continue operating. I'm going further to report them to BBB and all international hospitality regulators.

For the price paid, the environment is ok, but the cleanliness of the place is terrible. I saw several comments talking about the state and etc of the hotel, but I think the way to evaluate such a cheap environment is wrong, because there is no way you can pay x value, wanting the quality of another hotel or y value. Great location. Breakfast is not much, but it's good. Room equivalent to the price paid, good bed, good room with a small table, a bit old-fashioned air conditioning, but it froze well, it has an average TV, the bad thing was that it only worked 2 channels. 😐 In terms of the bathroom, it doesn't matter the price paid, the minimum is that they are very clean, honestly I was dying of disgust using the toilet, shower and sink. Not to mention that they didn't change the previous guest's trash can, so we had to ask for it to be changed and anyway they didn't go back to clean the room and bathroom on the days we were there. There is no iron for clothes, it is important to talk about this, because I would not leave my state with a heavy iron, walking through the airport to go to another city. I took light clothes that wrinkle, and that was it, and there is nothing in the minibar, not even water, you have to buy everything outside the hotel. Anyway, it has positives and negatives. We have to understand the extremely important question of the price of the hotel, then you have to see if a more expensive hotel fits in your pocket, if not, that's it. Hahahaha Next time I'll prefer to invest more expensive elsewhere. Cleaning and reception staff, the least you should do is clean up. 🙃 Thank you, you're welcome. 😅

Very convoluted reception and towels only came in on the last day of the stay.

This is a one to spend one night, no more than that the breakfast leaves something to be desired for only serving bread with cheese and ham when the employees are focused on their services trying to improve the environment. The hotel itself looks like it stopped in the 80's with everything old and dirty looking.

Poor facilities. Terrible breakfast. The room was not cleaned well. The door is not locked. We couldn't sleep because we were not comfortable in the place. Disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

Quartos com mal cheiro sem toalhas tive que ir na recepção solicitar somente toalhas de banho que foi fornecida alegando que não tinham tolha de rosto finalizando apesar de ser barato é péssimo principalmente os atendentes da recepção tantos os homens e mulheres do atendimento
