A localização é ótima. O hotel possui uma boa estrutura porém observa-se que a manutenção não está em dia. O atendimento da recepção já foi melhor. Acredito que excepcionalmente no sábado houve uma falha. Porém nada que torne a experiência ruim. O hotel continua sendo uma excelente pedida. Mas, devem se atentar nos detalhes que sempre ganham o cliente.

Hotel ótima localização,atendimento ruim,funcionários não tem suporte necessário para exercer suas funções e não fornecer aos hóspedes informações necessárias, instalações ruim,chuveiro gelado,tomadas sem funcionar,toalhas odor forte de produtos de higiene,e cobertores odor insuportável de sujo,comida do restaurante horrível,café da manhã excelente!
Minha hospedagem dia 22/03 a 24/03 resumindo NÃO recomendo esse hotel.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, mas infelizmente está abandonado. Falta manutenção. Paredes com infiltração, roupa de cama manchada, a fronha estava com cheiro de suor. O café da manhã é simples, mas estava bom. O hotel estava cheio, e faltava talher, quando fui comer, não tinha garfo, apenas faca. Tive que aguardar outros hóspedes acabarem de comer, para que fosse lavados e finalmente eu conseguisse comer. Tive problema com a porta do banheiro, quando entrei e fechei a porta ela travou na maçaneta e não abria, tenho claustrofobia, fiquei 20 minutos trancada no banheiro, sem passagem de ar e em desespero, meu marido foi até a recepção buscar por ajuda, pois o telefone do quarto não funcionava, não tinha ninguém da manutenção para ajudar. Os piores 20 minutos da minha vida, passando muito mal. Não tinha ninguém do hotel para desmontar e conseguir me ajudar, somente depois que o recepcionista disse que não havia ninguém para ajudar, ele autorizou meu marido a derrubar a porta para que me tirasse de lá. Infelizmente não tive uma boa hospedagem.
