"The hotel offers VIP service. There weren't many people when I visited, but if it were crowded, the VIP service would be incredibly valuable. There's no queue for the cable car, and once you're on the mountain, there's a dedicated shuttle. The room rate also includes admission tickets, which is great. You can go skiing right outside the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. However, the weather wasn't cold enough, so with a bit of melting snow, the room felt a bit damp. The hotel's own restaurant is currently under renovation, so I had to go to the restaurant at the neighboring hotel for breakfast. The food was just okay, and I hope the hotel's restaurant reopens soon."

"The private hot spring is very convenient; you don't even need to change into your swimsuit. The hotel is located in a villa area, which is very quiet and has fresh air. The only downside is that dining is a bit inconvenient; you have to go out to eat or order takeout. The owner and staff are very warm and attentive."

The company team built a group of 11 people. I originally saw that the number of rooms and beds was enough. As a result, the sofa bed was in the large living room. I got the last three girls to sleep on the tatami on the fourth floor. Other facilities are not bad. Pots and pans are still complete. We brought our own ingredients for two tables of hot pot at night, which may be due to the weather. I always feel that the natural gas fire is a bit small, the yard is still very spacious, and the whole is worth recommending.

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

Located away from the city's hustle and bustle, it's wonderfully quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep! However, I do hope some maintenance and repairs can be done on the facilities. I understand the financial and business pressures they're facing, though. The service was truly excellent, especially their genuine sincerity, which was fantastic! The location is great, right within Anren Ancient Town and close to the museum. Overall, it's a good place, and I would choose to stay here again.

The environment is OK, the room facilities are good, the decoration style is good, the hot water is great, and the breakfast is delicious. Parking is convenient. There is an underground garage, and the service is also very good.

We originally booked a deluxe balcony room. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the front desk saw we had a child and kindly upgraded us to a family-themed room for free. To my daughter's delight, it was a Super Wings theme! The room was filled with Super Wings elements, including a tent, books, a dinosaur-themed children's stool, and a play table. My child absolutely loved it. The bathroom even had a child-sized toilet, a children's toiletries set, a stool, Super Wings mouthwash cups, towels, and a non-slip mat. Basically, everything a child might need was provided. The facilities are excellent, and the hotel's attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.泡
