Little Queen Pantheon

If you’re looking for a small B&B in central Rome that has good access to restaurants for evening meals, and in reasonable walking distance to the most popular sights, look no further. Little Queen Pantheon is in a small side street on a 4th floor, but there is a small lift meaning getting there with luggage (or after a long day walking!) isn’t too difficult. There are max 6 rooms so it’s very cosy and well kept. We (2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 8)) stayed in the Delux Suite; room was very comfortable and clean. There is AC, but we didn’t need it during our stay, there is also a small kettle with teas and coffees, a safe and a small fridge which had complimentary water. There’s also a flatscreen TV which includes access to Netflix and the WiFi signal was excellent, which whilst not the main reason for staying, was highly appreciated for our downtime. We opted for the breakfast each morning which was small, but fresh each day. The service level was very high as come day 3, my tea was on the table almost as we arrived in the foyer for breakfast.

Is more of a hostel. Few rooms avail occupying only the 4th floor of the building and reception only avail from 0900 to 1600. No name sign on building which is inconvenient so plan arrival when there's reception svc avail to help you locate building. Driver charges euro 60 for 2 pax luggages from FCO to here but return trip is euro 50. Unique lift. Location wise very good just few mins walk to Pantheon and lots of restaurants there. To colosseum or vatican city if choose to walk also about 30 mins. No problem in cooling weather. Kettle available but has to ask for toothbrush & toothpaste n need hunt for hair dryer. Room space ok but not enough table space to put items. When i booked i recall it stated with a city view but my room 46 view is facing a old tattered internal air well n there's renovation sounds early in the morning 730 am. Reception service very helpful with good English and they respond very promptly to email prior arrival as well.

Good location and a good size for 3 people in the room. We bought breakfast the second day - and I believe this was value for money. Helpful, friendly staff.

Lodging in the historic center of Rome doesn't come cheap, no surprise, and a room in Hotel Little Queen Pantheon is moderately expensive. But hear me out. The hotel is more of a bed&breakfast, only 6 rooms on the fourth floor of a six storey house in a narrow street in Rome. A quiet and cosy atmosphere. Breakfast is served in the lobby every morning. (10 Euro a head). The rooms are clean and spacious with good beds; some rooms have a small safe and a fridge. Flat screen television with Netflix installed (log in with your home account and it works). Friendly and helpful staff. A good hotel on its own merit. But what makes it really worth the price is the fact that the hotel is only steps from the Pantheon (a two minute leisurely walk at most) and therefore Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain are also rather close by. It isn't possible to stay deeper in the heart of Rome's 'Centro Storico'. Superficially a drawback of the hotel is the fact that the front desk is staffed only during the day. But late arrivals can enter the hotel with a pass code on a keyboard at the entrance. So no problem there. I would book Little Queen Pantheon again without hesitation.

The location is the absolute best, less than a 5 minute walk to the pantheon, about a 10 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, and about a 15 minute walk to the Spanish steps. The bed was very comfortable, it was a king size bed, 2 twin beds pushed together but they had a great mattress pad so you couldn’t tell. The view from our window was so charmingly Rome. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great, traditional deli meat, hard boiled eggs, yummy cakes, pies and fresh fruit. Along with 3 different fruit juices and of course coffee.

The Hotel is good situated. The reception is open from. 8h00 to 16h00 you receive a card and a code to take the lift so that you can open the door on the first floor. Breakfast was not that good they only have toast bread and not fresh bread but they do for you Omlettes. The room is nice and clean but we stayed for 3 nights and they did not change us the towels which for me us unusual.

Alexandre and Paulo have been amazing hosts. If you have to go from there to the airport ask them for transportation, it’s worth it.
