Hotel complex is showing its age, nice staff.
Location is good if you have business outside of Rome.
For me as a volunteer at the Ryder Cup, great location.

It's the third time in this hotel which I always choose for location. The room this time was a standard one but maybe it was better than the superior one. Always good breakfast and friendly staff

Everything was nice and good. Probably one of the most comfortable bed for sleeping (at least for me and my back). Only thing that you can change is to start with breakfast earlier. For people that should be at work at 7 is not so convinient. But in general very good experience. Will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!! We were welcomed by Michael, who was the most kind receptionists we ever saw. He helped us to plan our tour, gave us a map with great details marked on it 😁 that was amazing! Hotel may seem far, but in fact its in a perfect location and you can easily reach to any spot you need. Comfort and Cleanness 5 star level, dinner surprisingly cheap!

Very nice hotel, the staff was great the PappaReal restorant was very nice and good food.Great swimming pool to cool of in the sun. I recommend this hotel if you are on a business trip or just to see Rome with familie or friends. And the shopping center Porta di Roma is in close driving range.

Very easy check in and ck out. Good breakfast. Rooms are confortable and seem to be refurbished recently, at least at 4th floor. The restaurant beside is very good with a very good range of typical food

Great hotel, great service and comfortable bed.....with a lovely pool and bar On the downside the aircon did not get that cool. Great restaurant linked to the hotel with fantastic range of items...downside was not open all of the week for lunchtimes and closed Sundays.

A special note on the service! At the reception and the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and clean and also very silent considering the location, very close to a main road.

The room was an update of my request so was large enough. The only things was related City Tax of 6 Euro that was a surprise for me i travel all over Italy and is very High but is not a Hotel responsability. The Breakfast was good enough but not perfect , loose scrumble eggs and bacon and all the pastry was low quality (seems to be old)
Response from Property: Dear Mr. Salvagni, first of all we thank you for your feedback, the opinions of our guests are very important for us, because they show us what we have to do to improve our service. Regarding the city tax we are sorry, but it do not depend on us, the city of Rome charge this tax to all guests in the entire city from January 2011. The amount is different in depend on the stars category of the hotel. For the 4 stars hotels is 6,00 Euro, per person, per night. We already tried and we still try to fight against this decision with others hotels too, but nothing has changed. Regarding the breakfast we just assure you that the boiled eggs and all the mixed cold cuts are prepared every morning from our staff as well the pastry came from a pastry laboratory every morning and they are still hot on the buffet. Anyway we will investigate about your feedback to understand what could be happened. We hope to welcome you again in our hotel to show you our improvement and to serve you our delicious breakfast. The only thing, that probably you will still complain will be the city tax. Kind Regards

Good for one or two night stay. Off the highway. Not in the best location if wanting to go out at night. Straight road to center but lots of traffic to deal with. Hotel does have a pool but was not open. Great restaurant with delicious fish menu. Breakfast also has a great selection.

The interior of the facility was nice, the restaurant's food was very good. The exterior of the building could use some renovations.
