I'm a travel agent and I booked this hotel for my client, due to the pandemic her trip was cancelled last minute, we tried to reach the hotel for all they contact options displayed at their website. Nonetheless they refuse to take into account that this is a force majeure situation and will still charge 100% of the reservation, even though we were asking to reschedule, not a refund. Travel industry has suffered a lot during the pandemic and this lack of consideration to their customers is more than proof that the lesson has not been learned. As a travel agent I had other upcoming bookings for the hotel, I will cancel them straight away.

Siamo stati 3 notti 2 adulti e 2 bambini..Ottimo posto per girare roma..vicino metropolitana e bus..zona con molti servizi (ristoranti,bar,farmacia,supermercato...)camera spaziosa,pulita e letti comodi..palazzina tranquilla come il quartiere,adatto per famiglie..personale gentilissimo e disponibile. sicuramente se torno a Roma soggiornero li..super consigliato

Siamo stati in questo B&B per un paio di sere con la mia ragazza. La struttura è situata in una bella zona di Roma, a due passi dalla Metro e ben collegata pure con gli autobus. La struttura era pulita, con asciugamani nuovi, lenzuola pulite e tutto in ordine. La colazione è stata soddisfacente. Il personale era molto efficiente: in particolare, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha illustrato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e la signora che si trova in struttura era davvero gentile e premurosa, pronta a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Consiglierei questo B&B a chiunque debba passare un paio di giorni a Roma e vuole un B&B in una zona centrale, tranquilla e ben collegata.

prenotazione fatta per errore e comunicato dopo due minuti...ma mi hanno fatto pagare il costo totale della stanza. il buongiorno si vede dal mattino. Non ho voluto discutere inutilmente con questi signori, ho preferito pagare il costo totale..dopo due minuti dal pagamento scrivo che ho sbagliato data del soggiorno e acidamente mi rispondono " l'errore l'hai fatto tu". Buona vita
