We really liked this place and the staff were super responsive to some minor matters. My only complaint is that the noise from outside is very loud late into the night and I'm a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again.

The name Corso Suite and photos are misleading. A suite always has a sitting area. The photos don't show that it is so small. The place was cramped. Moreover in the heat of Italy the air conditioners were not working on both days. The repair man did not come on the second to repair. Leaving the windows open meant allowing mosquitos to come which was irritating. However, the staff was good

Not even exaggerating. Its hotter in our room than it is outside…. And it was 88 degrees F today. We come to our room after exploring the city and we begin sweating sm. Our air conditioner wasnt working properly. It said it was 28 Celsius in our room. Couldnt sleep because i was sweating. Just so miserable. The workers were nice and tried to fix it but just couldnt. Just the worst two nights of sleep in my life. They need to make sure their AC is working in the rooms before they allow people to sleep in them. Overall great location and the place is nice but holy crap i felt like frosty the snowman melting to death.

Serving breakfast at room isn't optional.It is mandatory. Definitely you don't have options like other serving breakfast as a buffet.

Girls were absolutely amazing and super friendly, location is great as well, within walking distances from all important places and lots of places to eat and drink. Place itself is not great, is not a hotel bit rather just a room with very basic amenities. Hate to say but would but would not stay there again, for the price we could’ve stayed at an actal hotel.

I booked a room 3 months in advance and, 3 days before my arrival they tell me they do not accept my credit card so I change it. Once it is changed and everything looks fine (they do not say otherwise), the morning after, they cancel my booking without an explanation and they don't pick up the phone when calling them. Worst pre-arrival experience ever.

Τοποθεσία βολική για εξορμήσεις με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ρώμης και Βατικανό, αλλά και δίπλα σε συγκοινωνίες. Το δωμάτιο αν κ οχι καταλληλο για κλειστοφοβικους ήταν καθαρο αν και εξαιρετικά μικρο με μικρό μπάνιο （ειδικά νεροχυτη）. Το πρωινό οκ και το προσφέρουν στο δωμάτιο σε δίσκο. Το ασχημο είναι ότι μετά τις 8 το βράδυ κ μέχρι το πρωί δεν υπάρχει άτομο στην ρεσεψιόν, και έχεις κλειδιά για την εισοδο έξοδο από αυτό. Η κρατηση μας βέβαια είχε γίνει για αλλο ξενοδοχειο της ίδιας εταιρείας στο οποίο κ δεν πήγαμε πότε, όπως αποδείχτηκε γιατί φτάσαμε πιο αργά στην ρωμη από ότι αρχικά είχαμε υπολογισει, οπότε αυτό ήταν κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε και τουλάχιστον από φώτο αρχικού δωματίου που κλείσαμε δεν είχε καμία σχέση.

Pessima (non) esperienza in questo hotel. Se volete rimanere senza alloggio il giorno prima della partenza è quello che fa per voi! Ho prenotato una camera 2 settimane prima del mio arrivo e solo 2 giorni prima mi comunicano che la carta inserita non era stata accettata Tempestivamente ne inserisco una nuova (assolutamente valida) e dalle 9 del mattino provo a mettermi in contatto con la struttura per sapere se quest'ultima fosse stata accettata o meno. Dopo diverse chiamate, 2 mail e 2 messaggi WhatsApp mi rispondono alle 16 del pomeriggio dicendo che avrebbero controllato e dopo mezz'ora mi ritrovo un'avviso da parte di Booking che mi informa che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata dalla struttura. Pertanto, ho dovuto trovare un nuovo alloggio la sera prima della mia partenza! Leggendo altre recensioni mi sembra che questo modus operandi sia prassi. Direi INACCETTABILE e INAFFIDABILI.

Teniendo la reserva hecha y confirmada desde hace meses me la anularon la misma la noche anterior. La escusa era que la tarjeta estaba mal. Puse la misma para hacer la reserva en otro hotel diferente también por Booking y no hubo ningún problema Es decir, me anularon la reserva la noche antes de viajar porque quisieron. Si estáis pensando en reservar en este hotel con antelación es mejor que os lo penséis 2 veces. Seguro que si lo hacéis os ponen falsas escusas para anularos y poner esa habitación mucho más cara. En resumen,los podría calificar con una palabra: Estafadores.
