There is nobody at reception but you can communicate through WhatsApp. On the first night we had no WiFi but they gave the details the following day (through WhatsApp). The connection was strong though! The walls are very thin and people are very loud. Not so good for sleep. But to be honest that isn’t the hotel’s fault. A lamp would’ve been nice! But overall a good place to stay for a few nights. No big complaints.

…le mura sono gialle in alcuni punti. Le asciugamani le abbiamo trovate macchiate (non sporche sia chiaro, ma con alcune macchie), anche un lenzuolo aveva macchie qua e la. Il phon nel bagno andava ricostruito ad ogni utilizzo, in quanto rotto. È pur sempre un due stelle si, ma si trova in uno dei quartieri più belli (e cari) di Roma, un minimo di accortezza in più non guasterebbe. Personale gentile, ma tramite cellulare (non vedrete mai nessuno in struttura se non il ragazzo delle pulizie la mattina). Ragazzo delle pulizie che sarà pur gentile, ma che avrebbe bisogno di un ripasso sull’utilizzo dell’aspirapolvere. Area in comune spoglia, troverete solo un distributore (a pagamento ovviamente).
