We absolutely loved it here! I travelled with my best friend and stayed here in February. The hotel is clean, lovely and has an amazing balcony the most beautiful view of Roma. There is a lift which is unusual in the old buildings of Rome. There’s a cute little courtyard in the middle of the hotel. It’s really central, right next to piazza Navona and not far from the Pantheon or the Vatican. I’d definitely stay here again.

Some positives first: communication before traveling was very good. They arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport which went smoothly and also responded to our other queries promptly. The location of the apartment is just right. Its within walking distance for us of all the major tourist attractions. Also easy walking distance to the nearest food shops, restaurants, other food outlets, the daily market and an amazing deli, plus gelato shops. There is a bus stop 50 meters away and a frequent bus service . The flat itself is on the third floor, has a safe, an induction hob , a microwave and a refrigerator. There were two small bottles of water left fir us in the fridge. We were met on arrival by the person that we took to be the owner ( though we never saw him again in our nine night stay). He did not give us a receipt for the tourist tax but did explain where various local amenities were. There is a lift, which broke down during our stay. We used the stairs anyway though they are a bit steep and uneven. The flat itself ( and remember this is a self catering accommodation) is generally tired. Whilst the furniture is functional it ihas been clearly very well used. The pictures on the website are old and from several different apartments. I'm six foot tall but the microwave is situated on a shelf above my eyeline and is therefore dangerous to use. There refrigerator has no shelves. There are a variety of plates, utensils and glasses, (as there apartment can fit four people the two wine glasses could be an issue). There is a variety of cutlery but only one teaspoon. The sponges left for washing up etc should have been thrown away some time ago. The bed was large with a comfortable mattress but made a noise louder the a creak everything we turned over. The shower has a "raindrop" head which works well but the hand held shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere. The shower did not drain quickly enough and the sealant around the shower screen needs replacing as it's filthy with mold and dirt. The water is warm enough to shower (just) but not for a decent wet shave. The terrace was small and connected to the neighbouring building separated by planters which need attention. Three chairs. The view was of a courtyard and the sides of other buildings. There are building works going on which started early and sometimes finished late. On our last night there was the sound of very loud shouting and arguments coming through our bedroom wall. ( We assume the room imon the others idea of our bedroom wall must have been unoccupied prior to this as we had not heard a thing till then). Had this happened earlier in out staywe would have complained. Katherine who works on reception was very helpful and professional. Butch and Marieno the cleaners very polite and efficient. Overall we were disappointed with the apartment. It could be excellent as the location is spot on, but it currently needs a refurb. Should we return to Rome we would l

It was the perfect location, a few blocks from Navona Square. We walked everywhere. Lots of great food was close. It's a guest house, not a hotel, but Katherina at the front desk helped us arrange tours, and arranged transportation to and from the airport. She was always available by text. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a WONDERFUL place to stay.

Really nice central location between the main tourist sites. Short walk to some fantastic restaurants, including a rated wine bar outside the entrance. Staff polite, helpful and attentive, couldn't recommend more

Great little spot tucked away in a small alleyway that's walkable to any major landmark! Easy check-in process, accommodating staff, recommended great restaurants nearby, and super helpful!

This hotel is in a great location near Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance of most major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is a residence rather than a hotel, so staff is only available during daytime hours. Rooms are a bit smaller and older than in the website photos, but good quality, especially for an old city where all hotel rooms are small.

Wonderful location that sits between many iconic locations in Rome. I enjoyed the small balcony. Comfortable bed and seemed to be quiet.

Nice place about 2-3 minute stroll to Piazza Navona. The room was comfortable, but very plain. Our room had a nice balcony but not a great view, overlooking the alley. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding! Staff was very helpful and made transportation arrangements. Katherina responded promptly to all messages.

The location was excellent! Staff were very helpful and excellent with communication.
