Wonderful stay at Santamaria Inn! Excellent location, beautiful view of the streets and comfortable room. Rooms were clean, fully stocked with teas, yoghurt etc. the staff at reception were kind and helpful, as well as the cleaner who was very lovely. Only note: the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the next room, plus the doorwoman downstairs is not very nice. Other than that, great stay!!! We will definitely be back to stay here, when in Rome ☺️

Excellent communication pre-stay, manned desk on arrival and care making up the room. The room is sizeable with comfortable en suite. Cute decor and clean. Pastry to your door at 07:30 every morning is a real touch with coffee machine and kettle in the room. If you need anything else a shared kitchen is fully stocked to replenish. The only negative is that the walls indeed are paper thin. It’s not the place for a quiet stay as we’ve heard other people’s TV, phones and talking (but not because anyone is being inconsiderate). We recommend this place for a city break. As a pad to crash and take it easy in the morning before exploring it is just right. That’s because the location here is brilliant. From the airport: €1.50 bus then metro and 3 minute walk. To the Vatican City or tourist centre of Rome (Metro - Line A - Stop Vittorio Emanuele). Again €1.50 a ticket for unlimited travel for an hour and you can use contactless (no need for the ticket machine). We’ve otherwise walked everywhere each morning (15mins to Colosseum) (25mins to tourist centre). Thank you for a lovely stay.

I've spent three nights there, booked only beds without breakfast. Hosts are so nice, they gave us bottled water, yoghurt and fresh pastry every morning for free. There's kettle and coffee maker in the room, with coffee capsules, teas and snacks and we could also use kitchen. Everything was clean and fresh. I will come back.

Pay attention to this hotel, they accept our reservation but call us 1 week before our arrival for asking an extra 300€ for night to stay in their hotel! This is not allowed by Italian rules, we didn’t accept this blackmail and they however cancelled our reservation. They give our money back but We had a lot of troubles finding an other hotel last minutes and it was expensive. Rome is a magical and beautiful city full of wonderful hotel, just pick an other one and enjoy your travel.

I went to Rome with my friend in March from the 24th to the 27th and we stayed in this small b&b, a little difficult to find but very close to Termini and easy to get there. Arrived greeted very well and kindly by the receptionist. He showed you your room and explained a few things. It gives us the keys to whatever time we want to enter. Spotless room, beautiful shower too, very clean bathroom, very comfortable bed and well furnished room. I look at it but oh well we didn't care much, cmw approved !!!. Absolute silence at night beautiful and peaceful. In the morning we found the breakfast in front of the door. We didn't complain because the brioche was also good. Always greeted when we left and greeted when we entered. On the last day he made us put our bags in the rest room. pity that there was no room for the suitcases but that's ok anyway we trusted. And we did well to trust. We thanked them of course for the hospitality service etc. And we left satisfied and happy. We had read some comments about the place and in my opinion they don't fully reflect it… because my friend and I had a good time, on the contrary, we were even surprised by those comments… however, excellent experience and obviously sent a positive review, when I return in Rome if there are still rooms available I will not hesitate to book again

Exceptional value for money. I stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect. If I return to Rome I would not hesitate to stay there again. I give it a grade of 9. In the morning, they leave you some croissants that are quite tasty. The apartment fully equipped.

First of all: The Santa Maria Inn in the Termini district is not just a place to stay. In total there are three locations with different quality. If you keep this in mind when booking, you can prepare for it. We had this situation, but were able to clarify it on site. The location of the Santa Maria Inn, a few minutes from Termini train station, is perfect when traveling from the airport to the city on the Leonardo Express. It's only 400 meters. There is also a bus stop right in front of the door and the subway can be reached in less than two minutes. Also only 3 minutes away is the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore - worth seeing. The rooms are quite spacious by Rome standards. The cleanliness is good. We had a room facing the street - since the location is quite quiet overall, this even has an advantage - a view of the church. The beds are quite soft and, as is usual in Italy, the blankets are divided into two parts: a sheet and a duvet. The equipment is ok - TV and fridge are available in every room. There is also a desk and two chairs. We really liked the bright design of the rooms. The bathrooms are also spacious and fully equipped. Cleanliness is also great here. And finally a big shower :D. Breakfast consists of a plastic bag with one croissant per person and one coffee or tea. You can prepare your own drinks in a small kitchen at the reception. But if you can't find a place to have breakfast in the middle of the city - you can't help it. :D Since Italians don't usually eat breakfast themselves, that's okay. The team at the reception is international, communication in English with all employees is possible without any problems. Always a kind word on the lips. Very pleasant.

Warm welcome and caring staff. Clean and pleasant room. Location conducive to visiting the city! Small pleasant hotel. Common area (kitchen / relaxation area) pleasant and functional. Go and return independently during the stay, which is very practical. However, do not be mistaken about the address! Search on Google maps: Via urbano rattazzi, 2C , 00185 B&B SANTA MARIA INN
