Bad experience in a structure that does not correspond to what is reported and illustrated at the time of booking, where only suites are shown, instead you find yourself in a room inside a common condominium, and in a bad state, poor cleaning, fridge not working , broken TV remote control not working, single audio channel The view? I leave it to you to judge ... beautiful Rome but tonight you are stupid ...

Accommodation proposed by a Smartbox, following a stay given to me. I've never found anything worse in my life, starting with the old paper sign hanging in the street next to the entrance to an anonymous apartment building. Nothing to do with a hotel, thrown into an anonymous room of a condominium, without the slightest assistance and service. Cramped spaces, bathroom in fact so small as to be practically impracticable. To be deleted.

We booked a room for three nights attracted by the photographs published on Booking which showed very nice rooms and boasted incredible discounts. Despite the high-sounding name, it is a guest house in an old condominium with a paid lift and a non-existent reception. The bathroom has a tiny shower and a door to some sort of internal courtyard/storage room which cannot be closed securely and a dubiously clean curtain taped over. The bedroom window could not be opened as the air conditioner motors are positioned in front of it, the only air exchange allowed remained the air conditioner aimed at the bed. After two nights of asthma attacks and breathing problems due to the humidity in the room we were forced to find another solution.

3 night stay in Rome, unfortunately the photos do not represent at all the room that was offered to us. Rooms with rather old furnishings, terrible ventilation and exhaust air conditioner (not working), on a scorching weekend at the beginning of June it was really hard even to sleep. Papier-mâché walls, you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms, the bathroom is blind and really cramped, even the cleanliness left something to be desired. Let's forget about the view of the internal courtyard. Courteous and helpful staff at least in the early stages, but it's not enough, especially at the price offered in our case. The only other positive note is the location and the neighborhood.

Beautiful and comfortable structure, friendly staff, central location to discover the wonders of Rome simply by walking .. the metro is just a few steps away to reach more. We will definitely be back.

We booked with booking for the All Saints' Bridge, with the intention of spending a pleasant long weekend with the family discovering Rome. Attracted by a low average price and very captivating photos we decided to book in a structure that claimed to have only suites, entire apartments. The location was also excellent: between the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. Too bad that instead we really found ourselves spending a scary weekend in full Halloween style: the suite which was a single room with four beds, in poor condition, not very clean and with obvious signs of aging, with a bad view on the back of the building. The structure is nothing more than an apartment divided into rooms on the ground floor of an apartment building, run by a Chinese couple. Finally, courtesy is perhaps worse than the structure: we had the check-out set, at the time of booking on Booking, by 11 am on Monday 1 November. At 9.30 they literally hunted us, as we were going to have breakfast in one of the bars that were in the street, telling us that within half an hour we had to leave the "dump", as they had invented that check-out was actually by 10, and that the booking had an old time and that by 12.00 they would be new customers (when all over the site it is reported that check-in is from 14 onwards). And I assure you that the presence of two small children (our children) did not soften them even a little. Moral: we left the "dump" at 9.50 with some inconvenience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STRUCTURE TO ANYONE, whose only advantage in fact is only the location.
