Location: 20 min walk to colosseum. It’s an uphill walk which is annoying but fine.
There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The area is in a quiet location and seems safe.
Room:
We booked a standard double room and the room itself is fine. The AC is good, the cleaning was good, the fridge was useful.
No kettle in the room though
Bed was too soft for me, I felt as if I was sinking. It was just two beds pushed together to make a double, so you can feel the gap in the middle
But room is clean and modern and has plug sockets for your items
Bathroom:
Good size. The shower cubicle is large and has overhead rainfall head along with a handheld shower head. Good pressure. Good temperature control
Towels provided daily. But the hairdryer is lacking in power. A common theme in most hotels
Breakfast:
Pretty decent. Pastries, cake, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, water, fruit juices, bread, cheese, hot items include eggs, bacon.
The staff there are super quick to clear up tables.
It’s good way to start the day and it’s in the hotel itself so you don’t need to venture out.
Overall:
Because it’s modern, the rooms are slightly larger 20+sqM compared to many Europe hotel rooms (11-18sqM) and the location is acceptable, it’s not close to the city centre, but a 20min walk is reasonable.
The bed was bad for me. So overall, it would not be an automatic choice to return if coming to Rome again, however, if the price is good then the location, cleanliness, breakfast all make up for the bed.
When we transfer, we will send a message to ask the landlord if we can put down our luggage first, and the reply is very warm and instant. The elevator was still under maintenance that morning, and the suitcase was carried on the 6th floor. When we went out in the afternoon, the landlord sent a message to inform the elevator that it could be used. The subway is 4 stops from Termini, and the bus subway is very convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk.
The room was exactly the same as the photo booked, the accommodation was quiet and cleaned, but all the clothes that were left outside would be put into drawers or suitcases, and you would separate the clothes that you had worn.
Overall it is very good, the landlord always responds to you in time to give you a full score 💯
Great hotel concept. Ideally located all-round :) Delicious granola for breakfast
The bed is comfortable, but a bit small for our size. But it's great anyway
The only disgusting thing is the blond restaurant manager on the day of departure. We had some berries left, we wanted to eat them in the morning. At first, the waiter at the restaurant told us we couldn't, like maybe you have an allergy - I was very surprised. He walked away, I opened the box to eat the berries. And then this blond miracle jumped out. He started telling another version that this is a restaurant and you can't go there. At the same time, he kept saying the same thing, allowing me to raise my voice at the guest. He didn't hear my words stop talking, said four times. A disgusting feeling of disgust after the rest of the quite wonderful attitude

The room is very cost-effective! Very clean and the boss service is very good! My money fell in the room and the boss helped to find it. Thank you so much! Roman accommodation is the first recommended!
Very nice establishment, great service, very clean, had everything I could need and was easy accessible by bus which went straight to the Center of the city. Amazing breakfast with a view on top of the building. I will definitely come again.
We stayed for four nights, and the accommodation was exactly as described, though soundproofing could be an issue. Safety was clearly a priority here, which we really appreciated as
international travelers. The area itself felt quite safe, and it was reassuring to have to go through multiple locked doors to reach our unit, plus the added security of grilled windows. Plus, there's a great, affordable pizza place right by the bus stop – a nice bonus!

AAnonymous UserThis is the best accommodation. It is a place where you can feel God's blessings and love, and I was able to feel God's hand while staying here and traveling. Luck was waiting for me during my trip, and the accommodation I returned to after the trip brought peace to my tired body. Next time I come to Rome, I will definitely choose this accommodation.
DDamian & AdaWe really enjoyed our stay in Romoli hotel. Personel was very nice, room was very clean. The best thing about hotel was bar on 4th floor. Prices were very good, a lot of space, nice view on open space. Special credit to bartenders, who made our time in this hotel fantastic, they are amazing people, they gave us advises about regional foods, drinks, and places, and tells more about italian language and culture. They made us want to come back to the same hotel again, and we really do hope (and believe) it will happen soon :-)
GGuest UserGood value for money, several buses go to hotel from centre of Rome, usually it takes 5-10 min to walk to the hotel from a bus stop.
Interior looks old but staff cleans room well. I’d point out that mirror and shower head located in a shower cabin require replacement (there’s a rust). Another moment is that they don’t change towels and pillowcases, but bring soaps, shower gel daily, and fresh bedsheet and blanket. Air conditioner works well.
