Made a reservation but unbeknownst to me it was made in duplicate. Called during the acceptable time frame to cancel but the duplicate didn't get canceled.. Guess whose now trying to screw me over for the duplicate reservation? Never had this happen to me before, this really sucks

The remodel was very nice. Clean room. Staff was excellent
A few complaints. Had room right next to the ice machine room which was very loud the entire night. Room only stocked with decaf coffee. And the streaming options for the tv did not work.

Staff was very nice. Pool was very cold, we couldn’t swim in it. There were some kids in it who had blue lips. I asked about it at the front desk and was told it was 80 degrees. Not even close. We were so looking forward to the hot tub and it was a huge let down. It was hot and a tub but that was it. No bubbles. No matter where you set the timer to, it didn’t make any bubbles. Room appeared clean until I spilled something by the bathroom and when I cleaned it up the washcloth was filthy.

VERY friendly check-in lady. When we asked why no water, she gave us 2 bottles (that would cost $4.50 ea)! Horrible configuration of room. Bed at 90 degree to TV so you get a sore neck watching. Almost no drawers and very hard to find. TV not compatible with Fire Stick or screen sharing (WHY? Marriott....none of yours are) Nice fitness and pool area. No central light switch. You have to go around turning off and on each lamp. Lots of outlets. At checkout, person looked like she slept there. No uniform, no name tag, disheveled look, never said "how was your stay" or "thank you for staying" or "travel safe". It was as if we woke her up. Not rude but not friendly. Location is good for us but we might look for another option next time we visit family there

Very clean, friendly, horrid bed and furniture. A handicapped room should not have a foam rubber mattress on a board 6 inches above the ground. We choose Marriotts for their comfort and consistency. Never in a million years did I expect to get this bed. The couch was even mounted on a wide board!

The gym had only cardio equipment or an incomplete array of free weights. The breakfast offered was for outrageous prices. The rooms were Spartan, at best, with no in-room safe. The colors were depressing.
