If they have found a guest that will pay, maybe 10eur more, when you arrive at the reception desk at 12:55h, with your family (eldery people and children) they will say your confirmed reservation is cancelled. Without any regret, shame or blink of the eye. That's the level of dignity of the front desk staff. Shame on you! TURP! TURP!TURP!
