After discovering this enchanting place, every year we do not fail to book, even if we have a few days available. The structure is very nice, excellent services, very professional and kind staff. On this last visit, however, the feeling was that something is changing, this attention to the customer that distinguished them, is now less perceived. We arrive on Friday at past 21, we check in and the girl at the reception, very kind, takes us to the room. The air conditioner was on and was leaking a lot of water. They promptly changed our room. Over the years they have always assigned us rooms with a garden view, but we found ourselves sleeping facing the back, above the kitchen rooms. Hot room, with air conditioning without night position or only dehumidifier. When asked to change the room, we were told it wasn't possible. The glass in the shower didn't flow well. We then pointed out that a lamp in the mirror was burnt out, but it hasn't been replaced. However, we will return to visit, taking care at the time of booking, to verify the position of the assigned room.
