とても良かったです。駅からも近く、飲食店やコンビニ、ドンキホーテやショッピングモールなども近く、徒歩圏内で全て完結できます。大浴場も時間差で男女入れ替えですがサウナもあり大満足です。事情があり夜中に何度も出入りしたのですが、ナイトフロントの女性の方も嫌な顔せず笑顔で毎回対応していただき嬉しかったです。また橋本周辺で宿泊する時は利用したいと思います。お部屋に置き鏡がなかったのだけが残念でした。

受付は非常に感じ良く気持ちよくチェックインアウト出来たが、エレベーターが一つしかないためチェックアウトギリギリだとエレベーターでかなり待つ事になる。

お部屋もきれいで、お掃除もきちんとされていました。ベッドも広くてフカフカで寝心地も良かったです。
朝食もサービスとの事で美味しく頂きました。
また、何かの機会には利用したいと思います。
