Friendly staff! Excellent restaurant and easy access to the bar. Our room was a bit dated (not bad) but apparently they are all being renovated.

My husband and I had a great stay here. While the facility is a little dated and there were a few things not working on our floor, the room with the balcony was great, nice pool, great poolside bar, wonderful beach with easy access, and wonderful staff.

The room was clean but they put us in room 138 right next to the exit doors that banged all night …. No sleep for us.

not exactly what we expected from the Guy Harvey name but it was acceptable for a one night stay on passing through St. Augustine. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms but the atmosphere was a bit motel-ish. Other than that seemed like a nice place.

For the price of the room I felt like it was Average at best. You must be paying for the Guy Harvey branding. There are hotels in the area that are just as nice for around 100$ cheaper by the night. It is an ordinary room, with a fancy name that is about it.

We love Guy Harvey resort. Was the 2nd year in a row we've gone. Most of the staff is super friendly, we love that it's right on the beach. A perfect spot for families!

The good: The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant has great food and it's really close to the beach.
The bad: it seemed very run down. My biggest complaints are with the bathroom which only had a very small standing shower. There was nowhere to put anything. There was nothing on the floor to prevent slips and falls. Outside of that, the furniture in the room was very uncomfortable. There was a padded chair and two wicker seats by the desk. None of them were great to sit in. There were 2 chairs out on the balcony which were also very uncomfortable and not meant for bigger people to sit in.

The property had old carpeting which was dirty. I was first given a small room without a balcony. I paid for a room with a view and balcony. The front desk did make the changes. The food was very good in the restaurant, but I would rate the hotel as average.
