We really liked the variety of dining and relaxation options! Classify this as a resort with many different amenities available!

Unless you rent a car you will be isolated as no other restaurants are in the area. There is only ne restaurant on site and it has one menu with no specials offered. The food was okay but after 7 days, it got very tiring looking at the menu. There is also a snack bar and buffet. None of the meals were included. Resort didn’t tell in advance it wouldn’t supply soap for room. Beaches were okay. It was a challenge not speaking French. We knew this and were ok with it but it would have been nice to see the resort’s description of special activities written in English.

This place should never be an option if you want a clean maintained place to stay. Don’t expect water or electricity on a regular basis. It went out every day multiple hours a day. ****** after a long day exploring only to come back to a hot room with no water or electric. We changed rooms due to a trickle for a shower. Front desk said it was because they were full and lose pressure. At night electric came on between 9 and 10. Air conditioning only has one setting. High cold. Controls did nothing. So you will need extra blankets. Ours were filthy smelly along with extra pillows with body odor and dirt. Would not use them. There was mold in the bathroom along. With An ant problem which was in bothrooms. Warped and rotted doors that were painted over instead of replacing that wouldn’t shut. Dirty floors beds like sleeping on the floor . Rubbish and bad odors from areas where work was being done. But niot something you need to see on vacation. Grounds are bare not much landscaping not maintained walk ways. . The location is beautiful it really could be a gem. But after seeing reviews from 4 years ago in 2019. And seeing newly renovated gave it a try. Renovated to them is painting over furniture older or painted .we couldn’t keep much food in outside kitchen or refrigerator because of the electric going out daily. Plus the ants and cockroaches that are huge and hang by kitchen. The black mold on the ceiling in bathroom was disgusting we kept door shut. Well almost shut it was warped. The list goes on. Just pick a different place spend a little more. 4 years and same issues. Pool towels are NEVER available. We used towels 7 days asked for exchange only to get crap from towel woman saying it’s normal to use same dirty towels she finally exchanged one of the two. Even though shelf was half full . The landscaping is bare and beds are not well maintained. Steep walkways but good exercise. One word really explains this place. Dump. We had an ocean view but a work van parked on grass directly in front of our patio. The management is clueless or doesn’t give a damn . Poor poor management. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful property, rooms were cleaned. Only issue is plant growing on the concrete, paint peeling in the hallway. Little cosmetic things outside the room would be great. Also we paid for cleaning (there was that option), but before we leave you have to throw out your own garbage... That's a first for me and I travel about 6 times a year and stay in hotels.

We have just returned from a second enchanting stay at P&V Sainte-Anne 🏝️🍸☀️ which I wish to all the travelers that we all are! Many people do not hesitate to say when things are not going well so let's also express ourselves when it is positive 😀 I have worked in customer relations for almost more than 25 years so I think I know what a customer experience is and I admits a professional drift in its actual execution (IRL) Context of these 2 P&V stays (in April 2022 and end of April 2024): family vacation, couple with 17 year old teenager This was our 4th stay in the islands of Guadeloupe ( previously we stayed in Crystal Beach - St François) Focus on this 2nd stay —- Direct booking with P&V (accommodation only for 12 nights) - by habit we book our flights by ourselves (and then accommodation) but maybe this will change in the future Procedure: - Reservation on the site = RAS, ordering and payment without worry (a little refresh of the design of the site - a little austere - would be a good idea but it works well) - Arrival: super professional and very welcoming pleasant with clear explanations and everything was ready (accommodation, ready towels, wifi, ..) and the bracelets which start the stay 🏝️😀 - Customer follow-up: all our needs and all our requests received a quick and efficient response (whether by call from us from the accommodation, from reception or during unexpected exchanges with the P&V teams) Note: again for this second stay (and yet we already knew the place and the operating principles) we pleasantly were comforted by the attention (not intrusive but obvious) of the teams => multiple examples: we were pleasantly asked several times (by telephone or by passing through reception) to find out if everything was okay, if we were missing nothing, ... real attention (not just obligatory questions with no interest in the answers) and our precisely positive feedback (because everything was going and continued to go very well 😀👍) - Departure: release of accommodation at 12 p.m. (this leaves time in the morning because the sun rises early in Guadeloupe…), luggage storage available and practical,… and we had to leave 😢😢 Practical elements: the car parks are close (to put the rental car there) and even late there is possibilities (/several parking lots), beach towels are loaned (exchangeable every 3 days) so it avoids this weight in suitcases, wifi works in the accommodation (box in the entrance) and nearby (important if you have a teenager 😂), there are quite a few possibilities for activities (water sports, excursions, relaxation, photographers, fitness room, etc.) on site and from the village Accommodation: clean (cleaned several times a week by the P&V teams , also friendly), functional and with an essential terrace to relax to the song of the little birds 🦜 Please note: in 2 P&V stays, no interruption of

We went there as a family: 2 adults, 2 children and a 2 year old baby (half board) Great experience, meals, quality staff, welcoming, pleasant, kind, impeccable accommodation typical of Guadeloupe. The best part is that you can book a vehicle rental on site! There is a bar on the beach (when you go down to the left) which deserves to be highlighted more, the staff and the Creole atmosphere are great!

Given the previous comments, I was hesitant to book but in the end I don't regret it. So yes, some members of the staff are not very pleasant and yes the pool liner is peeling off but honestly we forget. The staff does their job, we don't ask them to be our friends and the 2 swimming pools are great, we had a great time as a family. The restaurant is very good whether for breakfast or dinner, there is a choice. We had a renovated studio type room, 2 single beds and a sofa bed with a terrace with a kitchenette. The room was spacious with a large closet to store all our belongings, true to the photos. Bring mosquito repellent and anti-itch cream. The exteriors are magnificent and very well maintained. The beach isn't too bad but we didn't take advantage of it. I advise you to compare excursions before booking those offered on site. We had no problem parking in the hotel car park which is monitored by a guard. Small downside, our arrival. After a 9 hour flight and 45 minutes by car, we arrived at night and finding the room was not easy with 1 sleeping child and 2 large suitcases, a companion would not have been averse.
