I booked a room from June 1 to June 2 at the hotel on Sampsonievsky. For an hour I began to call on the phone to find out about parking. No one answered the phone after several rings. We wrote to Whatsapp, they answered that you need to download the application and pay through it. Downloaded, could not pay: the payment does not go through (and so it is with everyone, judging by the reviews for this application). We ask how to pay in a different way, the operator is silent. We drove to the place, we drove into the yard, there was a barrier. There are no instructions on what to do. We call on the phone, we were advised to walk to the reception - and where to leave the car while we walk, other cars drive in both directions? We barely drive back to the road, park nearby, walk to the reception, pay for parking, drive up to the barrier by car. The voice from the intercom says that I need to pay through the application. I let him know that I have already paid on reception. He tells me, I quote: "Well, drive through". After a couple of phrases, he finds the payment and opens it. Is it so difficult to give clear instructions for entering the parking lot on the site? Is it so difficult to accept payment by card, since the application you have chosen does not work? Is it difficult to train staff not to be rude to customers?
