There is a beach right next to the hotel where you can watch sunsets and sunrises. Also, the owner is very friendly and easy to interact with. It's a little off a wide road, and the supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, so it's in a very good location.

Hotel staff big brother Hope is really nice, though it took 2 hours for CBP to release me after I arrived at the airport, he picked me up at 4 in the morning anyway. I told him I need a quiet room, so he upgraded my rooms to the best one the hotel could offer, which is really spacious and quiet. I also bought IT&E sim cards from the hotel, and he showed me how to activate and use. Over all, the coverage is good on the island. The trip to Isleta Mañagaha was exciting, Hope contacted a local driver/guide to take me there and take me back. I'm pleased with the 2 days’ stay in the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is a great hotel located in front of a beautiful beach. Whenever you have any inquiries, the friendly staff will promptly assist you. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, as well as various cost-effective and excellent tours arranged by the hotel. They can also arrange taxis for you at a reasonable price. The accommodation prices are very affordable, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The Wi-Fi connection is great, and the air conditioning works well. The hot water supply is also reliable. The rooms are spacious, and you can enjoy a beautiful night sky from the balcony. I believe it would be difficult to find a hotel like this at such a price in Saipan. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as a grocery store. Great accommodation, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Saipan again.

가라판 시내까지 이동할 수 있는 시내버스 정류장이 가까워 접근성이 좋습니다. 또한 사장님을 통해 한인택시 정보를 얻으시면 마이콜을 이용하시는 가격(13-15불)보다 저렴한 가격(10불 고정)에 택시를 이용할 수 있습니다. 1층에는 강남치킨(23시까지 운영)이 있어서 야식이 땡길 때 간편하게 해결할 수 있습니다. 방은 프랜차이즈 호텔 대비 넓은 편이며 시설이 아직은 새 것 티가 납니다. 한가지 단점이라면 녹물이 심하다는 것인데 이것은 숙소의 관리부재라기 보다는 사이판 전체의 배관 노후화가 더 문제일 것 같습니다. 필터 샤워기 필수로 챙겨가세요. 그 단점 이외에는 완벽한 숙소입니다. 공항 픽업과 샌딩을 무료로 이용하는 방법에 대해 문의하시면 무료로 해당 서비스를 받아보실 수 있습니다. 걸어서 7분 거리에 로컬 헬스장(latte built)이 있고 5분 거리에 빨래방(white laundary)가 있습니다. 이용 추천드립니다. 마켓은 이용해본 결과 해당 빨래방 마켓이 가장 저렴합니다.

호텔 바로 앞에 바다가 있는데 경치가 아주 좋음
마이크로비치에 비해 사람이 적어서 조용하게 수영 즐기기에 좋았습니다.
호텔 와이파이도 잘 터지고 카톡으로 문의 드리면 빠르고 친절하게 답장이 와요. 사장님이 정말 친절하십니다.
호텔 복도나 객실 테라스에서 보이는 경치도 예쁘고 룸클리닝 해주시는 분도 친절하세요. 체크아웃 하는 다음날 새벽 비행기라 체크아웃 하고 시간이 많이 떴는데 짐 맡아달라 말씀드리기도 전에 보관소에 보관하고 놀다 오라고 하시더라고요.
에어컨도 잘 나오고 방도 넓고 깔끔해서 6박 즐겁게 지내다 갑니다.
가라판까지 거리가 조금 아쉽긴 한데 마을 버스 타고 가면 10분이면 갑니다. 1층에 한국식 치킨 집도 있고 가성비 있게 잘 묵었어요.

가성비도 좋고! 무엇보다 객실이 넓직하면서 깨끗하고! 가기전부터 필수사항 하나하나 다 체크해주시고 새벽비행기인데도 공항픽업까지 해주셔서 덕분에 여행시작이 너무 좋았습니다! 새벽에 도착하고나서 배가 고프다니까 라면까지 줬어여ㅜ 감동ㅜ
투어나 렌트카, 맛집, 여러모로 일정을 많이 짜주고 정말로 친절했어요! 호텔 앞쪽으로 조금만 가면 해변도 있고 주위에 햄버거집도 있구여! 마트도 여러개 있어서 정말 좋았습니다! 담에두 꼭 여기로 예약하고 갈생각입니다~! 그리고 호텔정문앞에 나갈때마다 애교많은 냥이가 진짜 귀욤!
