The hotel staff were all friendly and the room condition and location were all good, but the only thing that was disappointing was that there weren't enough outlets to plug in. I had a hard time charging my electronic devices.

It was clean and comfortable
However, the sound is good and I can even hear conversations.
Sometimes there is a foul smell coming from the bathroom.
But considering the price, I can afford that much.
It's located in the middle of the top and bottom, so you can go anywhere with just a short walk.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is accessible by the airport bus, Kawasachi Tram Station, pedestrian street and commercial street. It is not troublesome to take a car. Takamatsu Port can also be reached on foot, so it is suitable for independent travelers.

There is a lot of noise around (construction, vehicles, etc.), but the location is good.
Don't expect much from cleanliness. People with weak bronchial tubes should be especially careful when using air conditioning or heating.

Disadvantages: The air conditioner in the room would turn off automatically for no apparent reason, and I woke up the next day to find it extremely hot.
The wifi was only available on one floor and would occasionally disconnect
