Nice resort, verry silent.

A quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration. Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. One example is when painkiller was brought to me by Umed in the middle of the night. I do appreciate so much such attitude 🧡

Nice place for the price.

There is a spa and a restaurant. It is like a resort. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. The facilities are a bit old. It is just in time for the tourist season. The hotel is full. Overall it is OK.

Nice hotel worth recommending

Staff is very kind, helpul and professional. Thanks to Grace, Arun and Salim for their hospitality. They where always very nice and had a good contact with tourists. Food was tasty and the place was clean. Thank you for wonderful time in Belad Bont Resort.

The service is good and staff are courteous. But no sleeper available in the room. The food is good and the manager is very considerate. The pool is clean and the gym is clean as well. But the comfort rooms by the pool is little bit messy and untidy

Hotel is really beautifull, pool is clean and big, Beach is 2 km from Hotel but it is not a problem if you are not lazy. Employes are nice and always Smile at you. But There is 2 problems, First one is rooms, it is dusty, beds are dirty even after a clean up and if you look from a window, you will see a wall. Second problem is People itself. There are People expecting too much, they are mean and always demands something to be Done by personal, like asking them to bring to you a water, even when you are 10 steps away from the water. These People are Just disgrace to theyre own state where they live. Special Thanks to Omnia, she is a lovely and helpfull person.

Belad Bont Resort: A Relaxing Stay with Room for Improvement Belad Bont Resort is a 4-star property with friendly staff, particularly Fakhri at reception and Usama Puttar. Its location is convenient, close to hypermarkets, a gas station, and Salalah Port. While not directly on the beach like some other resorts, it offers easy access to Maghsail, Airfeet, and the Yemeni border. We stayed in a chalet, which was excellent and spacious, although a bit pricey. Housekeeping was good, though not quite hotel-level in terms of thoroughness. The large swimming pool with a separate kid's section looked inviting, and the resort also offers a gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi (which I didn't use during my stay). Parking is secure within the resort compound, but guests cannot park directly at their chalets except when arriving or departing. The dining staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, I would recommend avoiding the resort during peak seasons like Eid holidays or Khareef (the monsoon season). The dining hall can get crowded, and guests may need to eat outdoors by the pool, which can be windy or humid. While breakfast is included, it fell short of expectations for a 4-star resort. I've had better breakfasts at 3-star hotels. Additionally, the resort requested identification for all guests, including my children, which was more than any other hotel or resort I've stayed at. The pool closing time of 7:00 pm was also inconvenient, especially for those wanting to swim after sunset to avoid sunburn. Despite these shortcomings, I would consider returning to Belad Bont if they address some of these issues. I did mention my concerns during my stay.

My experience in room 3005 was fantastic! The room attended shravan' Mohammed 'shimol did a brilliant job ensuring the room was always immaculate. From the perfectly made bed time the pristine bathroom ,every aspect of the room reflected their dedication to high quality service. A big thank you to them !

A very pleasant stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful and especially Ms. Sooad who patiently fulfilled my every request. The beach is not crowded and the Yasmine spa is ideal in the evening to relax a bit. The hotel is outside Salalah, but all in all you avoid the chaos of the city. I recommend it!

I read the reviews and they were great. But my experience was not good at all! This is far from a 4* star hotel. So firstly the mini fridge was not working so all my food went off. Then we found some male old shoes u der the bed. One day we went on an excursion from 9am to 2.15pm and the room was not cleaned, I did not show the DND sign. The food was ok but mostly two rotas, you will ear the same thing.
