Good hotel in a very convenient location.

The hotel is located in the center of Salou. Both the service and facilities are impeccable. The room is large, the bed is also large, there is a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine, and the restaurant is also good.

Hotel in a good location. The room was very large. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great, the best of many hotels I have been to. Breakfast is optional but is complete. You can order eggs or an omelette and they will make it for you immediately. Good service. Small spa, but included in the reservation. Only a Jacuzzi and saunas.

Top hotel, very welcoming staff, excellent location for walking especially on the beach but small spa area especially when there are people. The hotel unfortunately does not choose its clientele (disrespectful customers)

It is a clean and quiet hotel. I had a good rest in a spacious and comfortable room, which is rare to see in a resort.

We stayed for three nights with three people, but all the amenities were only enough for two people, so we had to go to the front desk every time to get towels, etc. All the water and cups were only enough for two people, and the drinks were really expensive.

The staff is very nice and smiling. We were upgraded because the electric charging station was not working. A very nice gesture from the hotel. The spacious room as well as the bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. On the other hand, there is a soundproofing problem, we can really hear the neighbors a lot. There was also a lack of a privacy screen on the terrace to have more privacy with the neighboring room. On the other hand, the breakfast is really very good and varied.

The service at the reception was great, at the breakfast buffet it was not so good, we asked the girl if she could please make us some tortillas, she would stare at us and when we told her that there was no hot milk left in the buffet to put in the coffee too She looked at us very seriously and answered us quite dryly, the other girl and the boy, however, were very nice. The cleaning in the room was not entirely good, there were stains on the floor that had not been cleaned and a lot of dust, especially above the desk light. The location is great and the hotel is very nice.
