酒店房間內沒有風筒，洗完頭換了睡衣才發覺，變了要坐著等頭髮乾才可以睡。到了早上才知道朋友兩個房間都有入牆的風筒，朋友代我詢問，職員話可能俾人偷咗。概然職員知道那些房間是沒有風筒，應該在入住時問客人有冇需要，這方面做得不妥當。

the whole hotel needs a makeover. we could clearly hear the people above us and beside us.
breakfast was ok but only things that were hot was coffee and hot instant cereal.
our bathroom shower diverter was not working properly and after the shower there was water all over the floor.
the room was congested and it was hard to move around freely. there was only two of us.

Our hotel booking included breakfast, but it wasn't much of a breakfast - only cereals, yogurt, fruit-cups, juices, and coffee.

It was good , My stay on 2nd nigh. Person staying in a room next to us was talking loud on phone. His voice was so loud that we can hear it in our room and our sleep was disturbed badly almost until 3qm in morning. We have complained about it then receptionist took action and it's fixed. I really appreciate it. Thanks

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Dated. No elevators. 3 floors.
