Our stay at the Samian Mare Hotel was amazing. We have been to Samos before, but that was our first time staying at Karlovassi. We liked our room, the breakfast, and most importantly, the staff was amazing. In particular, the reception staff was very helpful, and very friendly, in a real way. It felt us being at a home away. It was a great visit for us.

Samian Mare truly is a superb hotel. Very well equipped, beautifully furnished, comfy with great staff, from receptionists to cooks, waiters, cleaning ladies ... they are all just wow. Always willing to suit your needs. Food is tasty, pools cool, all the facilities charm. No complaints what so ever, I recommend it warmly. The only thing is it probably gets too hot deep in July and August. Otherwise Samos is a rare authentic gem, full of natural gifts for visitors and locals. Take a trip by boat while being there, to Samiopoula island. Cleopatra Yachts do it brilliantly, from Votsalakia. & enjoy.

Best hotel on Samos!! The hygiene was perfect: perfectly cleaned rooms every day, all tidy. The seats at the pooled are cleaned every day as well. The seats at the pool are super comfortable. Also: the staff is SUPER nice & thoughtful! They made our stay even better!!! :) The room & hotel looks amazing as well, as a true paradise. Dinner/lunch/breakfast was nice as well with some variations per day. All inclusive was actually inclusive light —＞ beer, wine & ouzo was included. The rest u pay a reduced price (try the espresso freddo: only like 2 euros & was AMAZING!!). The pool is amazing as well & loved the beach near the hotel. They do ask about 4/6 euros if u want to lay there all day (2 beds + parasol) but we went swimming there and laid by the pool. Overall experience: AMAZING!!!! We’d love to come back again sometime :)) we miss it SP SO SO MUCH!! Ps. The location was amazing as well. Neo karlovassi is so cute, (better than city centre in my opinion) with cute restaurants (Rendezvous 2000) en cute shops (‘allo) & wine tasting @ EOSS was approx. a 2-min walk from the hotel (recommended!!). Even potami beach is walkable- 20 mins. Taxi costs 7 euros one way so: WALK!! (U can do it)

Let me express big thank you for all hotel emplyeese who made stay amazing! From cleaned room, excellent food till friendly and helpfull stay. Felt like home. Great place for relaxing, private and also active holidays. All you can find in Samos.

We arrived here on 26th July 2020 and stayed there for a week during the pandemic. When they the whole city was empty and everything was closed. The location of the hotel was below our expectations it is very close to the marina and you have to pay for the beach chair. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, the food was very good. If you have any plans to rent a car and discover the whole island on your own ask the staff for recommendations, next to the hotel there are two agencies, check both and ask for a discount if take a car for multiple days. I recommend you to visit these beaches Potami, Petalides, Tsabou, Tsamadou, Kokkari, and Psili Ammos beach. While driving to the beaches visit Samos and Pythagorion city. In the evening take 20min a walk or drive to Saint Nicholas Church and watch the sunset above Potami beach.

Had a massage at their spa. Very friendly and Nice massage. The negative was that in the offer it Said hamam But it was not, it was only a visit in their steam sauna. They should change from ”hammam” to steam sauna. Otherwise friendly and nice personell.

Actually a great hotel. I would like to briefly summarize my evaluation points: + - Great service and very friendly employees - Great, clean facility - Modern and very large rooms - Good food (we ate in the taverns on the island despite all inclusive, because there the flair and everything Surroundings would be better. Nevertheless, the food was good! - All in programs is a joke regarding the drinks. Everything is only cheap products and all others cost money. Here you should revise the concept a bit - rooms facing the main street are very noisy - hotel beach and surroundings are not just beautiful -

Great establishment - cleanliness rarely seen in this type of hotel... the buffet is small but given the size of the hotel we couldn't ask for more. Efficient service - especially at the small bar after the pool (outdoor bar). Finally, the staff is great - there was just one manager always present at the small bar & frankly we wondered what he was doing there... Apart from sipping his drink & doing nothing... if we return to Samos, we will stop by the !
