Very dated hotel. It's very visible when you get there during the day. When you arrive at night, the condition is masked by the lighting...other than that the rooms are OK, nothing more. The bathroom in particular with the somewhat rustic shower cubicle with the completely rickety shower head hanging elements. Note as a strong point the absolutely superb and comfortable King size 2mx2m bedding, which makes you forget the rest. Also note: this establishment very regularly organizes evenings on its lower floor (weddings etc.) particularly on weekends, but also once during the week during our stay. Impossible to sleep these nights unless you bring earplugs. Too bad otherwise this hotel itself is absolutely calm.

.,. Ecco perché richiedono il pagamento anticipato .Mai visto un hotel più fatiscente , merita la CHIUSURA da parte del dipartimento di igiene. Entrando in camera trovo uno scarafaggio, il bagno con lo scarico rotto , box doccia rotto e pieno di muffa, odore terrificante. Dopo la notte da incubo , segnalo il tutto in reception e mi viene data come risposta con €65 a notte cosa vuole . LA VERGOGNA .

Hotel da incubo Sporco, polvere ovunque, filini, corde tapparelle consumate e nere per lo scorco, muffa in tutto il bagno, pateti sporche e scrostate infine la stanza puzzava di umidità. Sorpresa la cassetta del wc non scarica!!! Chiedo il cambio camera prima alla reception mi dicono nessuna camera disponibile poi per magia 2 libere mi viene assegna la migliore ma uguale alla precedente. Cercate un'altro hotel oppure dormite in auto il miglior consiglio che posso darvi. Tre stelle? Direi da chiusura

assolutamente da evitare. Posso avere tanta comprensione ma questo albergo così non può stare aperto. E' da chiudere! Un freddo terribile nello hall. Senza riscaldamento. Bagno che cade a pezzi. Televisione a bianco nero con un canale. Lasciate perdere.

Serata terrificante, una cena che doveva cominciare alle 20, ci siamo ritrovati alle 22 con i tavoli ancora non apparecchiati costringendoci a prendere le sedie da soli, le posate ed i piatti autonomamente dal bancone del bar. Abbiamo pagato 100€ a testa per una serata in cui era totalmente assente il personale, tanto da costringere i poveri ragazzi della sicurezza a portare qualche vassoio dalla cucina alla sala, i quali fatte le 22:30 venivano assaliti dai commensali. Ho visto gente andare nella sala sottostante a prendere i piatti da altri tavoli pur di mangiare qualcosa, mentre le uniche bottiglie di vino viste erano il Tavernello in cartone. Hotel totalmente in balia degli ospiti, camere aperte e senza chiave. Non una serata uscita male, ma un truffa vera e propria, con soldi incassati in anticipo.

Festa di Capodanno: quote di partecipazione anticipate e a nero, ovviamente nessuna ricevuta. Servizi non scadenti, ma proprio inesistenti sotto tutti i punti di vista, non avrei mai pensato di prendere una camera d'hotel e di non ricevere nemmeno la chiave per chiudere la stanza. Cenone a buffet visto solo da lontano, nessuno è riuscito a mangiare, impressionante. Mancanza di acqua calda nei bagni e personale scortese. Hanno "servito" il vino nei cartoni di Tavernello, nulla da togliere al nostro vino italiano, ma situazione veramente imbarazzante, che poi servito un parolone, non servivano proprio nulla. Privè per dieci persone con 4 divanetti lercissimi e altre situazioni effettivamente disagianti. Abbiamo chiesto subito il rimborso, hanno restituito solo una piccola parte di quello che ci spettava perchè ovviamente gli altri soldi erano già spariti. Essendo il periodo delle festività ci stava che qualcosa potesse andare male, non è facile gestire una mole enorme di persone, ma qua si parla proprio di mancanze basilari che avrebbero infastidito anche un barbone. Una super truffa ben organizzata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Beh che dire, un Capodanno alternativo.

non consiglio di andarci, se volete un'esperienza d'inferno avete trovato il posto giusto, il servizio era uno schifo mancavano le sedie e le posate erano di plastica. Per non parlare degli alimenti nel menù c'è scritto una cosa ma poi non era così nella realtà

Struttura parecchio datata a cui andrebbe data una risistemata generale rinnovando sopratutto i bagni che sono davvero rovinati , nelle due camere in cui alloggiavano. Personale cortese e servizio di colazione sufficiente anche quello però andrebbe rivisto ed ampliato considerata la grandezza della struttura ! Camere, non troppo silenziose, con balcone a vista sull’Etna dotate di condizionatore per le sere più calde. Servizio di bevande con una macchinetta vicino la reception ma però il sabato sera aveva finito le bottiglie di acqua !! C’è molto da rivedere e con delle dovute modifiche organizzative e strutturali sarebbe un signor albergo

Una notte che sarebbe dovuta essere tranquilla e spensierata, si è trasformata in un vero e proprio incubo. Inizio dicendo che la stanza è squallida, porte rotte, armadi con tanto di fantasmi dentro, bidet che si staccano dal pavimento e doccia sporca. Arriva l’ora più attesa della giornata…. L’ora di andare a letto….. in sottofondo, serata tango (ole’), fastidiosa, rumorosa, conclusasi con l’arrivo della pattuglia dei carabinieri che hanno messo fine a questo scempio. SUPER SUPER SCONSIGLIATO, non merita neanche una stella. Leggete le recensioni perché potrebbero risparmiarvi ore di sonno perdute!!!!
