The AC is not cooling well. It doesn’t feel like the temperature we set it to. Not bad for one night stay though.

Hotel needs to be renovated and kept cleaner... compared to the European Marriott - it is much more neglected but it is average for hotels in the USA. Location is perfect and they are kind.

Arrived very late, the parking fee is $49 a night, everyone who goes to Silicon Valley on business pay attention⚠️. It can't be said to be a black shop, but the experience is very poor. I had an amazing time as it was my first time staying in a Marriott hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love that my room was cleaned daily. It gives me the feel of entering the room for the first time.

Great time at the NY party that was thrown at the Marriott. My only complaint was there was no body towels in my room. Only hand and face towels. Had to call down after drying with a small hand towel. I should have checked first.

Marriot has always been consistent throughout all our stays. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, and the parking attendants are awesome. My husband and I grew up in San Jose and come sometimes for date nights and alternate between the old fairmont, now Signia and Marriot but after a few bad parking mishaps with signia, we will only be staying at the Marriot. Signia prioritizes event or other people parking at the hotel rather than guest and the last time we were sent away to park at nearby parking structures and basically had to bribe the parking attendant to let us park in our own hotel. Marriot parking attendants are gold and they remember you. 5 stars. Worth staying for sure. Starbucks in lobby is super convenient.

Wife’s 25th Bday weekend, front desk clerk was very courteous and even gave me an Upgrade to my Room due to some confusion . Loved the Junior Suit

Staff was great - hotel was clean. No room service - which was inconvenient since my son was sick. The TV remote was broken - and the camera scan system that they wanted you to use also did not work. The staff did bring a remote that worked better. The hotel food was sub-par. And they keep showing you on the tv the fancy Marriot BONVOY commercial - which when staying in downtown San Jose at an 'okay" Marriott seemed a bit over the top. Fine hotel but just a bit nicer of a Hampton Inn.
