Breakfast is nice. Rooms are big and tidy. View is nice as well. Only one downside here is air conditioning system. Could be not enough in summer.

這絕對是一家高大上的酒店，樓高38層，九部電梯光客房電梯就有六部，上下樓非常的順暢，不用等。客房乾淨整潔，無異味，床品舒適，特別是非常的安靜，睡得好。還吃得香，餐廳在37樓，大視野，可直接俯瞰黃河，中西餐齊全，服務管理到位，有專人配送咖啡紅茶，現磨的咖啡，剛剛拷制的蛋撻榴蓮酥非常美味，停車便利安全。

房間很大，是三門峽少有的比較高端和舒適的酒店，房間很安靜，送的有小麪包餅乾啥的，説有酸奶但是我可能提了一嘴問什麼牌子的然後就沒給我拿，高鐵站接送很方便雖然車沒有商務車那麼舒服，接我一個人倒也不必這麼麻煩這點可能天鵝湖酒店的舒適一點因為是商務車一個人也是但是沒有自動門，自助早餐感覺沒有之前品類豐富了呢，周邊可能餐廳不是很多，三門峽本身很小去哪打車也很方便，房間有點點味道，推薦選擇靠湖這邊，風景好一點，有打印的地方但是要收費，黑白單面一張一塊錢，但是打印機有故障導致我早上很着急卻沒有用上衹能用了前台的B5紙，不過這沒讓我掏錢，再讓我掏錢那我也接受不了，總體來講就是適合商務出差吧畢竟這地方也沒啥玩的，來三門峽選這個沒錯。

前台説過兩次早餐到9：50.我們9：40到餐廳，餐廳已經開始收餐，很多東西也沒有了，餐廳還有一點客人時候就全部關燈並且開始打掃衞生，客人都無奈走了，餐廳服務員説餐到九點半，我退房時跟酒店前台確認過，9：50也結束，真的很差勁👎🏻

我是攜程的老用户了，用了也大概有五六年的時間，每次出門都是攜程訂酒店、景點購票，對攜程也是非常信任的。
但是在2024年5月勞動節的三門峽之行中，因為三門峽天鵝城國際酒店的超級差的服務，讓我對這個城市，對攜程所開通的酒店提前溝通的機制，這個假期興趣全無，體驗感極差。
1.我在提前預訂酒店時候已經提前一天告知酒店需要有小朋友加床，酒店給我的回覆也是同意了。但是到了酒店前台確定房間時被告知，我訂的房間放不下加床。……難道我沒有提前溝通嗎？難道酒店沒有同意嗎？這樣的回答是不是太不負責任了。當時我想換酒店，可是因為太晚了，就強忍了下來。
2.第二天從景點遊玩後回到酒店停車，因為第二天想買點特產，就到門崗師傅那裡打聽一下，師傅回答很乾脆也很有氣勢“不知道！”……我還在反思，是不是我哪裡説錯了。也許三門峽的同志不喜歡我喊人家“師傅”吧。
3.我的付款方式住酒店的時候已經溝通好了，被告知可以使用XJ付款，等到我離店結算時，酒店前台小姐姐告知我“不行，攜程已經收了您錢了，我們沒辦法再收了，要不攜程就收了兩份錢了”……我真的是無語了……
我也在反思，是自己的吹毛求疵還是酒店管理差，服務差……
我從來不願意給別人差評，不管是淘寶、**外賣、京東我都好評，但是我這次決定給這個所謂的五星級酒店一個差評，希望酒店管理方能體會到客户的不易，改善服務，改變給客户留下不好的印象。而不是當客户退房後，酒店前台小姐姐現在旁邊説“您可以加我個微信，現在攜程有活動，我五星好評可以有禮品贈送……”這些虛假的宣傳提現不出來攜程的客觀真實……

挺好的，高層看風景好（雖然親子房都是看不到濕地），房間夠大也整潔，有小童帳篷和滑梯，寶子喜歡。早餐的觀景更好了，很有趣。就是感覺房間有點悶，但願夏天空調足夠給力，前廳張夢蓮回放態度真誠👍
