One of our most enjoyable stay during our 12 days trip around Sicily. Upon landing at Catania airport, we drove all the way to Dimora Cottanera, arriving after dark. Stayed here for three nights and weren’t bored. Excellent ambience, great views, good amenities, nice and strong hot water, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast. The infinity pool was too cold in November, but we did enjoy the sauna and the outdoor bath. Credits to Serena who was really nice and helpful. She arranged our Mt Etna trip and wine tasting.

Gorgeous location and accommodations, we only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed longer since this was one of the prettiest places we've been. Overlooking the vineyards with Mt. Etna in the distance was very special. The included breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes. Having wine in the winter garden was such a treat after a long day. It was too cool in April, for us to use the pool, but the setting was gorgeous.

We booked only one night into this property between our Mt. Etna and Taormina stops. We wanted to stay in the Northern Etna wine area and do some tastings. We were immediately impressed with the hotel and with Vincenzo who greeted us. The weather was cool and cloudy and so we were not able to make the most of the magnificent pool and grounds. However the room, the bathroom, the breakfast and our wine tasting more than made up for it. Vincenzo could not have been more helpful even offering suggestions for dinner in Taormina with him making the reservations. If you are coming in warmer weather, this is a great place to stay a few days so that in addition to day trips you can relax and enjoy the hotel. Do the wine tasting! We did the 4 glass with tasty treats but also heard people raving about the tasting and lunch.

Big Grazie to Serena and Team Cottanera who made our 3 night winter stay wonderful, for our family of four. They were exceptionally accommodating, gave great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, and they put out a delicious breakfast spread. Rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable. The wine tasting session and vineyard tour by Patricia was very informative and relaxing. Once again big thank you to the team and we hope to be back again!

Sono andata con mio marito per un weekend di relax ed è stato proprio così ! Fin dal arrivo ti innamora la struttura, il passaggio, l'Etna , posto incantevole veramente. La colazione molto completa e anche molto saporita (torte e ciambelle TOP ) stanza comodissima ... siamo rimasti molto contenti! E devo aggiungere che lo staff fa anche tanto , complimenti ! 100% consigliabile. Leticia

Dimora cottanera… splendida ospitalità , una location dove l’ architettura si fonde finemente con la natura. L’ arredamento studiato nei particolari, con eleganza e raffinatezza . L’ anima si rilassa, il palato gode di tipiche delizie della Sicilia , il corpo si rigenera tra la spa e la piscina. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e la pulizia al top. In tutto questo si evince la passione e la cura riversata dai proprietari in questo piccolo grande gioiello. Nulla è per caso !

La struttura è nuovissima. Le camere sono curate e accoglienti, la doccia doppia grandissima è stupenda. Sorprendente la cura e la raffinatezza di ogni singolo dettaglio. La colazione con torte fatte a mano di ogni tipo con prodotti del territorio è fantastica. Altro punto forte è il personale preparato e accogliente. Un posto immerso tra i vigneti dove si sente solo il rumore del vento e il cinguettio degli uccelli. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Lo consiglio assolutamente ❤️

Struttura nuova, immersa nei vigneti, molto curata e raffinata. Bellissima l'area benessere dove ci sono le antiche botti e il bellissimo palmento. Piscina a sfioro sulla vigna e verde curatissimo in tutta la struttura. La stanza grande, con un bellissimo tetto in legno, ottimi i prodotti per la cura della persona, unica pecca, la luce in camera troppo bassa...impossibile truccarsi. Colazione, ECCELLENTE, tantissime torte fatte in casa, piatti espressi su richiesta, prodotti locali e servizio impeccabile. Straconsigliata anche per la posizione veramente strategica, puoi scegliere tranquillamente fra ETNA e NEBRODI .... cosa volere di più!
