I had booked 2 nights. We stayed 1 night (and only because it was too late to checkin somewhere else. This is more like a hostel for schools. The dining room is like a school canteen with plastic chairs. Appalling bedroom, disgusting food and completely misleading. We booked through Secret Escapes and felt completely conned. As a result we went and stayed 7 minutes up the road in Chia; which was like a different world. Whoever writes blurb should be done for miss-selling. We paid less money for an infinitely superior experience and hotel.

Wonderful welcome with professional and very kind staff (the nicest is the driver who takes you to the beach with the shuttle), very relaxing and clean place. Kitchen open to the dining room, with delicious and varied food, you can eat divinely! The entertainment...simple and very nice boys and girls. 200% we will be their guests again next year. Congratulations to all the staff!

I honestly don't understand the complaints about the food... well... Abundant food for all tastes, those who complain that arriving at 8.30pm can't find anything I don't understand if they ever asked the waiters (ultra kind) if they should load again... kind staff, always with a smile, well-kept and perfectly clean rooms, if I can I will also return in August... Furthermore, let's talk about the quality-price ratio, the GENTLEMEN who would like to have lunch and dinner as they say, perhaps should spend 2/3k more and go elsewhere (See forte village)... The only thing I would improve is a service that takes you to rooms located very far from the restaurant or the square..

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR PRICE!, clean room, good food for what you pay, I stayed for a couple's weekend from Friday to Monday without any problems... beach service was normal, I had the first row even without requesting it, better than that '...if we want to be even more attentive to detail, the shuttle service should have more flexible hours but otherwise more than acceptable.

4 star resort?????? Seeeee! I don't understand those who gave 5 stars, what can I say? The structure is not bad, my room was large and clean but according to other guests it wasn't so maybe I was lucky. The arrival was not very welcoming....from 12 they assigned the room to us at 4.15pm and to some even at 5pm. The reception staff in short....apart from some inappropriate responses to my complaints the days before follow they were kinder. Do we want to talk about the baskets to take on excursions? Overcooked pasta and a kiwi....now tell me how can I eat a kiwi if I'm around? Do we want to talk about the beach? Absolute mess! The only positive note was the shuttle driver who took us to the beach, kind and polite. The food is confusing at best without a logical thread.....I wouldn't recommend it much less go back.

The structure is beautiful, well kept, clean rooms but otherwise a DISASTER!!!! We arrived around 12.30, they handed over the room to us at 5pm without even giving us lunch. First of all they asked us to pay for the club card….we said that we would not use the entertainment nor the swimming pool nor the tennis court….but we were forced to pay for it….!!!!!! The famous box lunch...SHAMEFUL...a sandwich, 2 packaged biscuits, 1 apple and 1 bottle of water...one evening we booked it at 8.45pm and they told us it was too late! If you arrive at the restaurant around 8.30pm you won't find anything...the food is good but scarce...we are in Sardinia and you can't find anything local...not even carasau bread...sad breakfast!!!! I would not recommend it!!!!!……this should be a 4 star hotel……but perhaps for the services it gives it is a 2 star!

Just returned after 2 weeks... fantastic sea, beautiful structure, good quality restaurant but the service should improve and allow customers to find everything even if they arrive later than opening hours. A special thanks to the entertainment team (engaging, polite, affable and friendly guys), to the guys at the bar who are always available and polite, to the super lifeguards Roberto and Alessio who are always ready to satisfy the needs of all customers and to the reception staff. Advice: light in the air for children's games and replace table football which survived the 2 world wars🤣 Highly recommended!!!

We stayed for 4 nights, we really had a great time. Friendly and helpful receptionists, the waiters, despite their young age, were kind and prepared. The shuttle that takes you to the hotel's private beach full of services is very convenient. Really excellent food and every day there were different dishes for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!
