Hotel facilities and room are very clean! The location is also good and you will reach Santa Monica beach right after leaving the hotel :)

Not a single window can open, stuffy! Room is big enough ,New decorations inside with smells! Robe is wearing not comfortable, too heavy! Breakfast is great!

Very unique and different hotel. It was an awesome stay. I do wish that they had a food pantry or vending machine. The key cards are super cool and I very much appreciated the fact that you had to scan your keycard in the elevator to go up to your floor. Amazing views, good atmosphere. Pool was nice. The restaurant is on the pricey side of things but the omelet was good.

Pros: -catering desserts - cookies and lemon bars are delicious - and a decent selection of beers -cleaning staff great - kind and thorough -spacious rooms with cool design and colors -commendable gym relative to hotel size including a large yoga studio, foam roller, and ample machines for weights -stellar location and easy to beach Cons -room attn to detail. Found two bees in one of my rooms - one dead and one alive. I think this was because some of the doors face directly outside so they can slip through the door crack -doors have a lot of empty space between door and carpet - so you can hear folks outside easily. -pillows are terrible and offer next to no support

Overall we had a nice experience here. Traveled as a family of 4. Location is really great, staff is wonderful. My wife is extremely noise sensitive but we had a room away from the elevators and she did not complain (maybe request this if you don't like noise). Comfy beds. The room was definitely a bit tight for the 4 of us but we managed. To me this would be a terrific choice for a couple vacationing. The pool is not huge but it's a nice place to hang out. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty meh and also slow. Also, buyer beware. One of my kids ordered an OJ at breakfast - we were charged $10. A little extreme. Would suggest venturing out to eat - lots of good places close by. And while the valet service was outstanding, ~$70 a day to park is pretty expensive. We knew this going in so it is what it is. So, know before you go that there will be extra charges while you stay here.

The Bonvoy Autograph collection is “ Hit or Miss “: this hotel is definitely a miss. They did a recent renovation with a new design esthetic however everything was done cheaply and the hotel already shows signs of wear after only a few moths. The location is not bad but forget about a real ocean view. Service is friendly but lacks training and efficiency. We had breakfast daily, they try too hard and fall short. The pool area is not exactly “ clean “. Those white couches were not a good idea. For what they charge you can definitely do better.

The location is perfect. The hotel is nice but for 500 eur per night you expect more ,for instance: a bottle of water for free in your room. (Or if not for free at least a minibar with some peanuts, water and bear) . Staff is very friendly .and professional, they helped me a lot specially people from Valet Ricardo an Jorge .

Easy checkin. I believe the front person was named Adam. Made you feel well cared for. Once we got to the room, I called down and asked for a fan which was promptly brought up. The room would not stay at 70° and was very warm. Location of the hotel was great. It was only a few minutes walk to the pier. Pool was nice and pool staff was great. Downside to the room was there was no coffee in the room, but there was a mini fridge. They did provide coffee at the front desk every morning. As for the food, it was overpriced and not very good. Needs more of a selection of food. Bar was nice but didn’t have domestic beer. Caution there is a $50 a night resort fee but they give you $50 a day credit for food or beverages. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back.
