우선 이호텔에는 리셉션이 없다고 근처 다른호텔에서 키를 받아서 이동해야 한다는 내용을 왜 예약창에 띄우지 않았을까요?
상술이 너무 심함..언덕에 있는 다른 호텔에 겨우 찾아가서 키를 받으러 왔다니깐..다짜고짜 스페인언어로 뭐라고 말하길래,
난 스페인어 못하니깐 영어가능 하면 영어로 대화하자고 하니깐 졸라 짜증 내는 리셉션 ***! 아마도 지들 언어로 욕을 한 듯한 느낌 받음. 예약전에 키는 다른호텔에서 받아가라는 내용이 없다는건.호텔측과 트립 닷 컴 사이트가 반드시 사과 하세요..그 리셉션 *** 나한테 키 받으러 여기까지 온게 불만이면 당장 취소 하고 다른 호텔로 가라고 소리지름
진짜 최악의 리셉션 상황

The Pension has a garden with picnic tables and deck chairs, even though it is in the city centre. Across the road, up the stairs, is the market with local products. As welcome we got coffee capsules, and some herbal tea, each floor has a kettle and coffee machine in the hall. Staff in the main hotel super friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem, when we asked for help. Their main restaurant - very fancy.

Had to check in at a different property that was nearby. Once we figured all that out, the staff was super helpful and friendly and gave us tips on places to go and see while we were there. Enjoyed our room too. Cozy, comfortable and near historic sites, which we loved!
