A perfect stay — great location, a room with a private pool offering both privacy and a beautiful view. The room’s facilities and amenities were all of high quality, with carefully selected APITA products usually found in luxury hotels. The host personally welcomed us, gave us wonderful travel tips, and even treated us to a precious bottle of Santo Wine. Thank you, Numa, for making our honeymoon such an unforgettable and beautiful memory! A perfect stay — great location, a room with a private pool offering both privacy and a beautiful view. Very spacious private pool and indoor space. The store has also done a good job in some details, such as bath fragrance and breakfast wake-up call. The front desk service is also very friendly. The surrounding environment is very quiet. You can see the seaside and is very close to the city center. It is very comfortable and happy. A stay experience that is highly recommended

An amazing hotel right outside of fira Staff 10/10 although the are not fluent in English but I don’t think that is a big of a deal Cleanliness 10/10 The breakfast is ordered the night before could have more variety but the taste is amazing so still 10/10 Location is outside of Fira which is good and bad its good because you can sleep quietly without the nightlife of Fira and its bad because you would probably need a car to move around which in my opinion you would need regardless of where you stay so you can explore the whole island so location was a tenner for me

Service was incredibly disappointing, the amenities were broken (sink leaking, broken AC and safety box, no drinking water until requested several times). Reception shuts at 4PM, thus no staff on site after that— plus isolated location (depends on your personal preference - car was necessarily for us). Very few staff members spoke English (thus hard to communicate) apart from Yannis (manager and son of the host). Unfortunately, our interactions with him was the worst part. When we tried to raise our concerns, he was rude, took no accountability, dismissive — and raised his voice at us. His exact words were: “So what? Don’t tell me how to run my business.” When we mentioned morning breakfast delays, his response was: “With six villas to deal with why do you think we’d need to be exactly on time?” Incredibly rude behaviour - I’m still shocked! Please be aware that the pricing of this hotel is very volatile, changes on the daily. Since checking into the villa, the price has fell by 40% of what we previously paid for (no apparent reason). When we inquired, we were met with a slew of inconsistent and inappropriate excuses — including personal tragedies, Israel/Iran war (??), recent earthquakes — none of which justified the price drop or were communicated in advance. As paying guests, we felt disrespected and belittled. I’ve never been shouted at by hotel staff before — it was shocking and unacceptable. This was by far one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had at a hotel, and will certainly not be returning.

Staying at Numa was a highlight of our trip to Santorini. The hospitality and warmth of the owners who manage the hotel is simply exceptional. Yannis was attentive to every detail of our stay and went above and beyond to accomodate our specific requests. The beautiful rooms, private heated pools, astounding views of the sunrise (and sunset across the road), and tranquility of the location all made for an exceptional stay. We would highly recommend Numa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing place to stay in Santorini.

My partner and I spent an unforgettable weekend at Numa Santorini, a peaceful and refined retreat, tucked away from the island’s busiest areas. The property consists of beautifully designed private villas, each with its own infinity pool, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing and intimate escape. Each morning, we were served a truly exceptional breakfast, featuring fresh, high-quality local produce. One of the highlights of our stay was the floating breakfast, a memorable and romantic experience we absolutely loved. While the villas don’t offer caldera views, they do face the open sea, and waking up to the sunrise over the water was simply magical. The overall atmosphere is serene and elegant, with impeccable service and attention to every detail. A stay at Numa Santorini is all about understated luxury, comfort, and tranquillity. It’s the ideal spot for couples looking for a romantic break, we would return without a second thought.

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The room was not only spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, but the decor and thoughtful lighting made it feel like our own private oasis. Every detail added a warm, cozy touch. Yannis and his mom were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel truly cared for. With a great location, outstanding service, and such a charming atmosphere, this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location to view sunrise. The villa is beautiful with the private pool. Kids enjoyed a dip in the pool despite of the cold water. The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The bathroom lack hooks or racks for towels and clothes. The airport transfers were not free, charged at Euro 45 per ride for the short trip, a bit steep in our opinion.
