Wow wow wow you need to stay here! The views are absolutely insane. The privacy on the outdoor terrace was lovely we were lucky that it was very quiet and it was mostly just me and boyfriend there. Very romantic spot. Although I did want a sea view in the accommodation the outdoor terrace made up for it🙌🏼🙌🏼 Great location can walk no bother to Oia and is a nice quiet secluded area away from the crowds for some peace. It is pure bliss here. The staff were so kind and welcoming to us and even gave us refreshments after our late flight in to Santorini. The room is well equipped and toiletries are A1. We will definitely be coming back again to this place in the future.

Lovely fantastic accomodation! We enjoyed our 4-day stay. Pleasure to meet Nikoleta, very nice and lovely owner. Thoughtfully planned everything inside (fridge has snacks, orange juice, cheese, ham, bread, yoghurt, lots of coffee and tea, and a bottle of wine!!) You wouldn't worry about toiletries, they provide everything including loofahs 😅 We stayed in Room 5 and the view is insane!! It has private jacuzzi, and easy access to the pool. There is also a jacuzzi outside of the accomodation with the views of Caldera. You can watch sunset, sunrise and the night lights view is crazy. Very close to restaurants and shops. Convenient location as there is a bus stop just across the road. They also provide transfer service with reasonable price (just let them know in advance). Couldn't say anything more. Everything was wonderful. Truly recommended.

This was our second visit to Aspa Villas in Oia The apartments are so lovey and comfortable we have never had a hamper like they have given the staff are amazing and we would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a clean comfortable and close to everything you need to have a lovely holiday

Honestly it was the perfect Santorini experience! In all other places I've been to, the expectations were always greater than the reality. But for this one it was quite the opposite! You don't only get a place to stay, but you have access to a Jacuzi, tables and sofabeds in front of the best Santorini view (sea, blue domes, the small islands, the sunset). In addition to all of that the value that you get comparing to the price is very high.

After staying at Aspa Villas I wouldn't choose another place to stay in Oia. I recommend it to everyone! Great reception and presentation including welcome wine, very pleasant room, very quiet area without the large crowds found in other areas of Oia and with one of the best views of the caldera and sunset, not forgetting all the staff who were impeccable and very kind I almost felt like part of the family.

Aspa villas is a small family own - we talked to the family of the owner Nikoleta and she was such a friendly and helpful person throughout our stay. We had a welcome wine, snacks and breads. We booked a superior room that has a sunset view and a private jacuzzi. The bonus part about this apartment is the terrace overlooking the cliff ! It has an awesome view of the Oia steep cliff- many people come by here to take photographs. The apartment is 10 mins walk from the town but we kind of like it because we don’t see a big crowd here. Highly recommend it
