Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

I had an amazing stay in Aura Suites Love it so much. The receptionist, Denise, if im not wrong, was a very sweet lady who shared tips and a map for me to explore Santorini. The suite I booked had an amazing sea view and a jacuzzi outside. The room was so clean, like a new place. I didn't feel like leaving the room and Santorini. Missing it so much.

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

The hotel has only six rooms. It is quiet, clean and full of petty bourgeoisie atmosphere. It is completely up to the domestic five-star standard. Every detail is very exquisite, including breakfast. The butler is an elegant gentleman who will answer any questions and help you arrange your itinerary in Santorini. The room has an outdoor hot water massage bath. Buy a bottle of red wine and take super photos. It is a few minutes' walk from the Fira bus terminal. It is very convenient to take a bus to Oia town for 2 euros. I will recommend it to all my friends.

All the staff were very kind and it was a satisfying stay. Amenities are free and come with delicious wine and fruit. In addition, a hair dryer and shampoo are also provided, so there is no problem for staying. The time spent watching the sunset was the best.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and their dinner menu was large too. The food at their restaurant was amazing. I will definitely staying there again if i visit santorini.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as you walk out onto the main street. The service in the hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it looks beautiful (I didn't have time to enjoy it). The breakfast is also good. However, the hotel room is average. There is a large mirror directly opposite the bed, which is a bit strange. The wash basin in the toilet is very small, smaller than that in Hong Kong, only as big as a palm 😂 This is something I didn't expect. The so-called rooms with balconies are public spaces outside. Our room just faced the public corridor. Without the curtains, you would be able to see the room whenever you enter and leave the hotel. If you want privacy, don’t book it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel direkt am Hang mit Blick auf die Caldera. Unsere Junior Suite war sehr schön und geräumig. Wir konnten von unserem Balkon die einmaligen Sonnenuntergänge von Santorin genießen. Auch vom Bett hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und konnten auch da den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage vom Pool mit den super bequemen Liegen war fantastisch. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Zimmer bis 16:00 Uhr nutzen, was sehr angenehm und entspannt für uns war. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
