服務很熱情，很貼心，覺得有什麼不好提出了馬上給解決，比如我覺得插座不好用，立馬就給我拿了個插板送上來，我説要瓶裝水，要了就給，總之這種很多，反正這服務總分100的話，我想給110，太滿意了，房間很大，比我前幾天在亞龍灣還有剛來在木棉住的都要大很多，陽台直接看海景，這邊所有酒店去海灘都要過個馬路從公共入海通道下去，這邊也差不多，最後兩晚一天，行程匆忙，目前能感受到的入住體驗很不錯，早上出門去海上觀音或者大小洞天，糾結打車問題，旁邊保安大哥過來特別熱心告訴我應該怎麼坐車，怎麼去海邊等，哈哈，旁邊出租司機臉色都不對了，距離椰夢長廊最近，然後是天涯海角，之後是海上觀音，海上觀音不遠是大小洞天，嗯，去大小洞天好像還路過西島了，公交車跑的很快的，扯遠了，在這住實惠，貼心，舒服，看海景，泳池我沒時間沒顧得上不説，出門不遠坐公交方便，去海灘玩沙子，玩水都不錯

酒店可以免費接送機，二選一的。老闆很熱情。前台的服務也非常棒哦，房間可以一眼就望到大海。乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有鍋碗瓢盆老闆都會幫您備齊，還可以在裏面做飯做海鮮，樓下可以游泳，但是需要穿泳衣跟泳帽。小區晚上很安靜，沒有任何嘈雜的聲音，雖然説離機場很近，但是沒有吵雜的聲音。另外門衞那邊外賣還不能進來。小區的安全非常到位，下次還會再來的。

房子很好，長住優選，接送機更方便，還能洗衣服做飯，房間有大的泡澡池，樓底下就有游泳池。帶孩子游泳圈免費用，離椰夢長廊，大海特別近，陽台可以看到大海，前台妹妹温柔漂亮，有問題及時解決。遊玩優選。

位置不錯去沙灘衹要500米距離，離機場也特別的近走廊就能看到，但也不會太吵！高層景色也不錯能直接看到三亞灣。前台還很熱情幫我安排就送機節省了我不少時間。因為是一早航班半夜需要送機前台回覆也很快，感謝感謝

我們到了三亞就第一時間住進了這家酒店，地理位置環境優越，靠近海邊，椰夢長廊，西島，億恆夜市，很方便，而且衞生也很乾凈，服務也周到，前台24小時有人，有什麼事情直接找他們就好，都會耐心解決，而且設施也很新，適合旅遊度假來住，下次來了還選這家！對了還有電瓶車出租，哪都可以去，到前台租就好

這次入住體驗真的很好，酒店前台熱情接待，耐心解答，到酒店後發現房間真的很乾凈，一塵不染，還有投影儀，洗衣機，冰箱，設施很齊全，環境也特別好，超大乾淨的泳池，步行幾百米就可以去海邊拍照玩耍啦！還有24小時接機送機服務！超讚

房間非常好，比較乾淨，能看見海景，設施非常全面，前台小姐姐的服務也非常好，特別熱情，有問必答。之前住過好多別家酒店，別家的前台服務人員簡直跟這裏的小姐姐沒法比，還有就是這家前台小姐姐人長得也非常漂亮呦。酒店的套房比別家的實惠，已經續住好幾天了，優惠的力度也不錯，非常值得推薦。
