This hotel is very nice, but the restaurant on the ground floor is very noisy and the breakfast quality is too poor. Everything else is okay.

The hotel is ok. A problem with black mold in some rooms is evident and a damp smell in many. During the outbreak they served food but it wasn’t cheap and they couldn’t make changes to assist with soy sauce allergy. Also. The breakfast was terrible for a foreigner. Literally nothing edible besides rice congee. The did refund me when I wanted to check out early which is commendable and the rooms are quite nice albeit old. the pool was fantastic

The room is large and clean. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and right next to a food street that has good seafood and bbq options which are affordable and delicious. The hotel also had some small convenience stores in the lobby which were very helpful. The breakfast is not great, to be honest. But this is still a great choice for a large, clean room in a great location for a very good price and a nice pool. We had an excellent stay and view from our balcony! We will be back!

Stayed here many times. It has deteriorated since the pandemic with fewer staff for upkeep. Simple hotel with a ok breakfast. Beach is very close along with restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious with daily cleaning. The only problem was the beach area. Few chairs were available and were locked up. The local vendors use the chairs as a home base and take up most of the unlocked chairs. Some days they would let us use them and other days we had to wait for hotel staff to come unlock the other chairs. One day they asked a couple to pay for a chair as we waited, after some haggling they gave us a chair since we were staying at the hotel. It was a small problem, but a unneeded hassle on our holiday. We would stay here again and hope they clean up the beach area.

Definitely would not recommend. Feels more like one star that’s not worth the price. Most of the “amenities” offered are a lie. Private beach is not private at all. It’s just a beach full of jet ski so if you enjoy swimming and breathing in petrol, go for it. Swimming pool smells strongly of chloride. Apartment is very poor quality with mold and wallpapers falling off due to poor conditions. Breakfast was really bad. The western restaurant that is still advertised even in the elevator of a hotel, does not exist. The service is rude and dismissive. At the end we canceled after one night.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport. It can be reached in ten minutes by car without traffic jams, but it takes 10-15 minutes in traffic jams. There are many barbecue restaurants and restaurants nearby, and takeout is also very convenient.

The hotel is very good, very close to Coconut Dream Corridor and Sanya Bay, just across the road. It only takes two or three minutes to walk. There is also free travel photography. The room is large and the breakfast is rich. It is suitable for a family trip.

The room was relatively big, but maybe it was because the beach was smellier than the supermarket, so it was better to change the room later. Special thanks to the lady who changed my room. She was very enthusiastic and patient, and also helped me carry my luggage. The hotel breakfast is very solid, much better than eating out, and tastes good. The most satisfying thing is that the balcony has a sea view. You can go downstairs and cross the road to the seaside, which is very convenient. There are only a few places to eat around. The seafood stall at the end of the street next to it is pretty good, and the barbecue tastes good.

It is very close to the sea and opposite the Coconut Dream Corridor. There are food stalls around the hotel. It is convenient to eat. There is a bus stop when you go out. You can go directly to the scenic spots by bus. In this location, the price/performance ratio is not bad. After all, the room rate is relatively cheap.

I stayed here once in 2015, and this time it can be said that I revisited an old hotel. The location of the hotel is quite good. Facing Sanya Bay and Coconut Grove Avenue, it is convenient for eating and traveling. There are not as many people as there are around Haiyue Square, so it is suitable for both static and active activities. In Sanya Bay, it is rare to have such unique environmental conditions without high prices. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very good. If you don’t have too many requirements for hotel service and decoration and other details, Clarke Quay is indeed a good choice. Let’s talk about but below. A few days after checking in, the front desk clerk called me out of nowhere and said that he needed to repair something and hoped that we would change to another room. This time I booked a yacht room for an elderly person. It was arranged on the 10th floor when I checked in. The elderly family was originally very satisfied, but the room was changed to the 5th floor on the other side...I instantly felt that the guy at the front desk was really nice. Calculative, so smart, so witty! I really don't want to say anything unpleasant, but this arrangement definitely reflects the lack of respect for customers in the hotel's service concept. Of course, if you say that my price of more than 700 per night corresponds to such a service, then just pretend that I didn't say so. The hotel is overall good, clean, and the service is very good, especially Lin Jian's attentive service. The hotel is close to the seaside. The hotel can also sign up for a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop, which is very good.

The hotel is located near the sea, and sea view rooms can be seen directly from the balcony. The location is good, just across the road is the beach. The hotel provides two tickets to Binang Valley and can make an appointment to go to the duty-free city (although I didn't go to 2333). The service was considerate and they even upgraded my room for free when there was enough room.

Fu Lianyuan at the front desk has very good service and handles business quickly and conscientiously!
