衹能説確實是一分錢一分貨。住過三亞七八家酒店了，艾迪遜是最貴的，也確實是最滿意的。從入住那一刻一直到退房，無微不至的服務一直伴隨身邊，無論是保潔阿姨、迎賓小哥、公區巡護、餐廳廚師，每一個人都彬彬有禮的親切問候，這在之前所有酒店都是沒感受到過的。至於很多人説的全季同款房間，其實僅僅是裝修風格接近而已，實際上無論從床品、軟裝乃至石材木材用料，真完全不是一個檔次的。順帶，被吐槽的智能馬桶我用着十分正常，好使～

有了娃兒.第一次親子游選擇了三亞艾迪遜.酒店環境可以.比較大方.直接升級了房間.性價比很高.管家rita在近滿房的情況下還是可以做到快速回復.訊息同步及時.也送了一些小禮物. 上次三亞也是住的一個五星.感覺就很一般.這次算把三亞的印象分拉回來了不少.

艾迪遜的風格怎麼説呢，房間內確實是全季風讓人不怎麼有那種海島度假風情的感覺，度假氛圍感還是亞龍灣那邊的酒店好些。不過海棠灣這邊酒店就是要新一點。親子的話感覺還是隔壁的仁恆皇冠會更好。這次也是跟風打卡了😂

拋開一個正常高端豪華酒店應該做的，談下這個酒店的優缺點。
優點：
酒店保潔直接是強迫症患者，給我房間內收拾的明明白白，哪怕化粧品，數據線，都收拾齊。
泳池俱樂部的酒保的服務超出想象。
缺點：
免税店折扣登記很慢。
送洗衣物拿回來居然裏面有蟲子，雖然客房服務及時處理並做出了補償。
6點多上門詢問需不需要夜床服務，表示需要。9點回來的時候以為沒做，又叫了一次。然後就是換個地巾，問其他的，説這個時間點沒有了。
萬豪APP內的房間訊息莫名其妙消失，入住時候辦理了電子房卡，第二天莫名其妙沒有了，連訂單也查不到，打電話問説他們也不清楚。
大多的服務人員基本都是學生剛畢業的，足夠熱情足夠樂觀，但是服務質量不行，很多事情都需要詢問後才能回覆我，當著麪拿出手機問微信羣裏。
大堂入住效率很低，我退房要求看個賬單等待了15分鐘。
如果衹是在酒店睡到下午泡個太陽，在泳池旁邊喝個酒逛個免税店，不奢侈別的服務就閉眼入住吧。

第二次入住三亞艾迪遜
1.管家蟹黃包服務到位，把酒店的優點發揮的很到位（儘量滿足客人的需求+真心關心的行程安排到位）
2.早餐可以可以説眾多五星級酒店最出眾的（款式+味道+餐廳服務態度都很贊）
3.酒店所有景色都很出片。
房間就簡樸風格
唯一不足 馬桶圈都舊了略有發黴的點，最好換掉吧！

剛從三亞艾迪遜酒店回來，我必須安利!酒店設計超現代，時尚感爆棚，公區大片綠植，彷彿置身熱帶叢林。服務更是沒話説，工作人員熱情周到，有求必應，表揚Cooper。餐飲也很贊，尤其是甜品台，真的是太好吃了。小童活動也很棒，孩子玩的不亦樂乎都不想回來了。明年來三亞，還會選擇這裏。

來三亞艾迪遜酒店先體驗了風尚開間套房 後面更換到了一居室的別墅 有專門的管家負責跟進服務
這次在酒店過生日預訂了海灘燒烤餐廳 晚上的樂隊表演氛圍很棒 餐廳細心地安排了生日麪和小甜品 管家得知生日驚喜安排了生日蛋糕和禮物 總體來説入住體驗還是挺不錯的 下次有機會回來會再次考慮入住別墅！
