定的大床海景套房，前台小姐姐給升級成了大陽台套房，房間很大景觀很好！

房間設施齊全，動線合理，雖然硬裝因為裝修時間比較久遠顯得陳舊，但保養的很好房間無論是睡覺休息還是拍照出片都很好，管家服務很貼心
食
付費餐廳不評價，僅説酒店自營早餐，幾乎所有都是明廚現做非預製。用餐秩序很好不擁擠收拾很快，口味和品質上也絕對對得起價格，不虛高
玩
衹説體驗過的:泳池特別乾淨，免費浴巾很乾凈很暖和。草坪肉眼可見每天都有工作人員養護。沙灘面積大人少沒垃圾沙子細，除了海棠灣特有的風浪較大外沒有可吐槽的點，更沒有工作人員一路推銷，無論海邊還是沙灘設施都很乾凈非常出片也舒服。去沙灘比較遠但是有擺渡車，但飯後散步過去也就5分鐘。
建議:
1 房間充電口太少，床頭衹有一邊能充電
2 盥洗用品（不包括沐浴產品）有點low，快捷酒店同款
3 房間智能化需要更新了，因為窗户多真的分不清哪個按鈕控制哪個還有燈具也是
4 電視離床太遠啦，卧室區有點太空曠（僅指套房）
5 坐便器是非智能的，無加熱，可能晚上有些涼，促人清醒
最後：風真的大，建議有髮型的人，帶一些固定的東西，瑕不掩瑜，是一家很好的度假酒店。

從別的酒店轉過來時還是有點心理落差的，畢竟酒店還是老了一些，公區也一般，住了三天下來體驗感越來越好，首先入住管家服務非常好✌️✌️✌️，提前溝通升級了開放小童套房，管家回覆及時，客房經理也親自過來看有什麼需求，服務上確實是住過酒店裡最好的，房間夠大，沒有異味，床品也比較舒服，早餐豐富，特色菜品不少，味道也很好，每天都有鮮榨果汁，天府中餐廳的菜味道很好，行政禮遇的下午茶和晚餐也非常好，人不多，品種豐富，點心超好吃，關鍵是人不多！體驗感好。在三亞吃的比較好的幾天。小童活動豐富且非常有有趣味性，孩子玩的很開心。性價比很高的一家酒店。

環境：洲際最大的優勢就是地理位置了，被免税城一期和二期包圍，購物逛街吃飯都很方便
衞生：酒店雖然有些年頭，但維護的還不錯，乾淨衞生，這次住的家庭房，大床巨大無比，睡3個人都沒有問題，床品也很柔軟順滑。
服務：好服務是能感受到的，每個阿姨都非常熱情，見面都微笑打招呼。我在潛水的時候不小心丟了泳帽，和酒店反饋以後，居然給找了回來，一個黑色平平無奇的泳帽，本來以為不太會找到的。另外就是父母的房間空調壞了，反饋以後居然10分鐘內就協調更換了房間，非常的高效給力。
餐飲：天津灣的椰子雞火鍋很好吃，雞湯太鮮美了，早餐也在這裏，非常多的海南特色美食，吃不過來，天府中餐廳也不錯，芝麻雞和海鮮麪有特點

這次訂的套餐，裡邊包含了一次海底餐廳的晚餐自助，能看到美人魚表演，小朋友很喜歡，拍照應該是很出片。個人感覺他家的牛排和蛋糕品質都不錯，挺好吃的尤其是榴蓮蛋糕我超愛，還有大閘蟹孩子喜歡吃，就是品類沒那麼多，晚上海底隧道光線有些暗，不知道白天是不是會好些。再説説酒店，從外表看的確是挺老的，走廊會顯得有些舊，但是屋內維護的還不錯，很乾凈，配套也都是高品質家電，絲毫不會顯得廉價。這次入住之前就有管家加了微信，提前詢問了入住需求✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻，第二天入住也給免費升了房型，換了一個親子套房，視野真的特別開闊，超大的陽台，對着大海，坐在陽台吹着海風曬曬太陽很愜意。每天早上醒來打開窗簾那種感覺真是無比幸福，當然視野中的施工樓實在沒辦法，但是可以忽略不去看，總體來説就是瑕不掩瑜。期間有些小問題，管家也會及時安排解決，所以入住期間完全不需要為這些瑣碎事煩惱。每次有事打電話給前台也都超快響應，立刻解決。這次三亞之行選的兩家都是洲際酒店，就是看中的洲際的服務，沒什麼可挑剔，當然還有就是洲際的早餐我很喜歡，海棠灣洲際的早餐種類很多，也很用心，尤其是麪包，每款都好吃，還有一個專門為小朋友準備的區域，真的是太貼心。總而言之這次的入住非常滿意，下次再來海棠灣還是會首選洲際！

在這家洲際住了三晚真的太驚喜了，各種體現着貼心和被照顧。
雖然開業有10多年來，但是設施並不陳舊，房間的2.4m大床很優秀，還每個房間都配了曬衣服的衣架，搭配游泳可以每天都將衣服洗乾淨曬好🌞🌞🌞
親子活動特別豐富，每天都不重樣～還搭配了獨立營，可以騰出時間去旁邊的免税店逛逛，孩子被照顧的很好。
早餐很豐富，可以説堪比很多酒店的晚餐了，有海南風味的麪線、海鮮、糟柏醋，冰拿鐵和鮮榨果汁也棒棒的，烘焙的麪包都是現做的～～ 處處體現着用心。
送了五張照片的跟拍，鉑爵攝影安排的很到位，雖然是贈送的服務，拍的也很漂亮，也沒有強制購買等行為。
下次來三亞還會選這家～

今天退房的時候把娃整哭了😭，因為她不捨得走！！！
從進入酒店開始活動安排的滿滿的，浮潛，泡泡大戰，親子嘉年華，冷焰火，獨立半日營，海上摩託艇，樓下逛免税店，行政酒廊吃吃喝喝，泳池bar吃吃喝喝，天府餐廳吃吃喝喝，早餐廳吃吃喝喝😂
住了兩天，幾乎沒出酒店，玩到精疲力盡。還想點名表揚所有的員工，我有記下他們的名字❤❤❤
感謝每一位員工的服務，給我們全家的三亞之行留下了非常非常美麗的記憶，下次來還會繼續選擇海棠灣洲際。

蜜月選的洲際，環境對得起這個價格，床尾對大海，起床就是藍天白雲，入住體驗非常好，餐食豐盛，早餐的粉很好吃，吃了兩碗，所有的餐廳環境和服務都好棒，有一點點小插曲也儘快解決了，提出幫我們延遲退房，中間沒有任何打擾，總的來説很滿意。
晚上去了濤餐廳吃飯，美人魚扒拉了海龜讓海龜跟我們合照，海龜有點記仇，追着美人魚尾巴咬，海底餐廳的美人魚是每一桌都會合影留念，不會讓任何人走空，不白來，都是活，不過酒店也記得調節一下員工關係，海龜老這麼大氣性也不是個事，但作為顧客光是海龜咬同事這頓飯最起碼回了500，很開心，下回還來！

入住非常滿意！因為航班變動衹住了一晚，完全沒住夠，也推薦給朋友了。
位置：酒店就在免税店旁邊，步行可達。
活動：親子活動很多。成人活動參加了水下助推器體驗，非常有意思，工作人員耐心講解好評！呼籲酒店增加些成人活動。
房間：雙床房88平尺度開闊景觀好，非常舒服。
服務：管家Ji Lucas提前聯繫，幫忙按需求給了最高層房間。接觸到的其他工作人員服務也都蠻好的，包括提前幫忙收快遞，寄存行李，遺落東西提醒等等。
旅拍：鉑爵旅拍的拍照體驗也很好，攝影師很會調動情緒，選片因為實在滿意還是多買了照片。
最後就是用攜程訂的體驗真的很好。
