酒店服務非常好，一開始我定的雙床房，酒店弄錯了給了大床房，經理道歉後主動給加了床，並且補償了一些中西餐廳的餐飲額度可以免費使用，酒店環境無論是房間佈局還是13樓和1樓的泳池都無可挑剔，送了一次泡泡浴，早餐可以説是品類齊全，酒店晚7點有火把舞表演，女管家非常負責任有耐心，退房後遺落了一件衣服在酒店，管家發現後，主動説把物品寄回給我，酒店無論是在環境還是服務都可以説是一線中的頂級，值得大家體驗

客房外面朝大海的陽台是亮點，坐看吳支島與大海的感覺很入心，尤其是清晨日出時分。
客房的動線有點奇怪，尤其是雙門的衞生間很難接受。
整個酒店的員工管理和培訓很不錯！熱情專業，無論是前台、客房管家、餐廳服務，都讓人感覺很好。
早餐的品種搭配很出彩，可選擇性強。讓人意外的是竟然會有帝王蟹包餛燉。水果種類很多，起司的口味、早餐肉也很不錯。

三亞旅行的完美體驗全靠保利瑰麗！酒店位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘就到沙灘，沙灘乾淨人少，踩沙踏浪超愜意。房間設計簡約高級，原木風搭配海景超出片，迷你吧飲品免費且補貨及時。工作人員熱情又專業，幫我們預約了難訂的海邊晚餐，還貼心準備了防蚊液和小童挖沙工具。泳池水質清澈，傍晚游泳時還能看到絕美晚霞。👑👑👑整體服務周到不敷衍，細節處盡顯品質，絕對是來三亞的寶藏酒店！

三亞保利瑰麗真的把海島頂奢度假做到了極致！14樓雲端大堂的藝術裝置一進門就驚艷，13樓110米天際泳池和大海無縫銜接，隨手拍都是氛圍感大片，全海景房的落地窗浴缸正對蜈支洲島，泡浴看海的浪漫直接拉滿～ 更讓人暖心的是工作人員Mike的服務，從入住前主動溝通需求、提醒防曬和出行貼士，到入住時細緻介紹酒店設施、幫忙預約餐廳和延遲退房，全程耐心又專業，連我們隨口提的想喝特定品牌的飲品，都悄悄安排到房間裏，細節處的貼心完全超出預期！酒店的床品柔軟舒適，漁家餐廳的海鮮火鍋鮮掉眉毛，免税店接送和95折福利也超實用。這次度假的完美體驗，離不開Mike的用心照料，下次來海棠灣一定還選瑰麗，也會推薦給身邊朋友！

第幾次入住三亞瑰麗記不清了 因為每次帶小狗來都是衹住這裏。這次來還蠻多驚喜，早餐延後到12:00，工作人員説是為了讓客人更有度假感，不用急着趕時間！這點真的滿分好評！Nancy像家人一樣的照顧也讓我們很有歸屬感！安排的面面俱到👍💖沙灘新開了個酒吧 營業到凌晨 意料之外 燒鳥很好吃 度假的鬆弛一下子拉滿

管家👑👑lidio的服務十分專業，温暖。協調提前入住房間，使已經幾天在外有些疲倦的我能夠早一些入住休息。貼心的介紹酒店的服務項目、時間、地點。贈送了椰汁、紅酒、水果和甜點。並時常問候還有什麼需要。對應這邊的疑問和求助也及時富有效率的反饋、幫助。minibar十分豐富，補充也及時。酒店的房間不大，但是會感覺到功能分區和設計都是考慮了住客的行走路線，十分人性化。硬件也確實是瑰麗級別的。去了小紅書網紅屋頂天際泳池，沙灘的海浪也印象深刻。海南漁民火把舞精彩敬業。酒店還贈送了玫瑰海鹽泡泡浴，十分解乏。雖然不能説十全十美，這次也是我唯一一次打5分滿分。

房間細節滿分，戴森吹風機+Elemis洗護超奢華，床品軟fufu好眠到天亮。管家服務貼心周到，歡迎水果和伴手禮很暖心，連防曬霜都貼心備好。步行可達細膩沙灘，離免税城也近，餐飲新鮮美味。不管情侶蜜月還是閨蜜遊都超適配，已經開始期待二刷啦！👑👑服務超級棒！
