Holiday Inn Parque Anhembi, an IHG Hotel Reviews

Due Carnival time, it was a mess, i had trouble in my previous reservation, they made change rooms (although on moment of first check-in they "warranty" i didn't need to do so, and let be clear: I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING). Let's say I'md very displeased and disappointed by the management of my stay(s) from 26/Feb to March/02.

It's a very good hotel , just I will not booking again because didn't not get my point in IHG so , it's a problem .

I stayed one night in this hotel and I was satisfied with it.

The room is clean, quiet and elegant. The surrounding transportation is convenient! Security is good. The breakfast is rich and it is a standard Holiday Inn. Check-in and check-out are convenient. Good service! very good

The curtains are super dirty

The room is a bit old but the location is very convenient and the front desk is also good. There are not many types of breakfast. It is very close to the Church of the Holy Trinity and Paulista Avenue, and you can even walk to

My service at check-in was a 40-minute wait, in this case 3:40 pm. So I arrived at 2:40 pm. There was an event at 5pm. I was late and it was something that generated learning. The front desk apologized to me. I'm sorry, but this happened. The hotel is wonderful, but it is important for the reception to be more attentive. Well, I only checked in at 3:40 pm because I got up and said they forgot my check-in, I have an appointment. But it's a way of training the team, because something I don't know about may have happened.

Very good, but the transportation is not very convenient

The hotel is new, clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is very good. There are many restaurants around, convenient transportation, and no safety issues. The price is relatively good, the cost performance is high, and it is worth recommending.

The overall impression is okay, but it is a bit far from the city, there is no public transportation, only taxis are available, and there is no other choice except our own restaurant. The windows are locked and cannot be opened at all. The air conditioner can only be ventilated, and the air conditioner is old and the sound is a bit loud. Both refund and late check-out are flexible.

Very attentive attendants, quick check out, spacious and comfortable room. I highly recommend!!
