New hotel - hardware is good. Rooms are comfortable. Gym is small though... Software still has a lot to improve. Staff are not helpful nor flexible to accommodate client requests. Facing the main street, room was noisy before midnight. No dedicated drop off point for hotel guests. Need to carry the luggages to cross the road before taking the lift up to the check-in lobby on 7/f. Imagine how chaotic it would be if you have 3 big and 3 small hard luggages as well as 3 children to manage. No hotel staff is there to help. Location is convenient but in the middle of the red light district and on top of a shopping mall and cinema. U may need to cramp into a lift with restaurant diners and cinema goers when you go back to hotel after a long day walk. Felt that many triad society members walked by me when I walked on the street. Though nothing happened, felt a little unsafe. The vibe of the premium lounge is exceptionally calming and relaxing. Chilling out here after a bloodshed shopping day helped you wind down completely. The view from the outdoor area of the premium lounge is far reaching and can see both the Ferris wheel and the Sapporo TV tower. Will not recommend this hotel unless proximity to red light district is important. This hotel is particularly suitable for red light district customers who want a place to do whatever they need to do quickly. Quite fascinating to seeing a young lady leaving hotel with a Japanese speaking old men. Somehow I felt that a business transaction is going on. The multi stories shopping mall, restaurants and cinema provide a perfect camouflage for this type of business. Well may be I got it wrong and they are just grandpa and grand daughter....

The hotel is conveniently located, the environment facilities are very good very clean, the staff attitude is also very good

Modern and spacious rooms right in the middle of Susukino. Close to everything and great views.

Wonderful stay and convenient location to start your day. Airport shuttle bus drop off and pick up just across the street. walking distance to nijo market and all shopping area parco, daimaru. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The hotel staffs are very polite. I haven’t pass by one staff who did not greet me. Excellent service. Excellent location. Supermarket at B2, subway and underground street mall at B1, food court at level 3 and 4, cinema at 5. The hotel lobby at 7, and use a different elevator at 7 for room access. Other non hotel guests cannot reach hotel floors. Pro: Pola skin care samples and coffee packs at lobby to take for room use. Floor to ceiling big window at room for excellent street view. Considerably big room for Japan standard. Get two fancy bottle water per day. Con: 4000 Yen breakfast per person is a little expensive, but recommend to buy at least for one day. Great variety and quality food at breakfast.

Relative new hotel.. connected to subway lines. Many eateries nearby.Room size ok with limited table top space. Breakfast standard average and food dishes appear dried.

Very convenient location near the metro station, hotel lobby at level 7. Level 1 to 6 is shopping mall and food court, restaurant. Clean and comfortable bed. This is a new hotel opened in 2024. If I come to Sapporo again I will stay here.

Brand new hotel. Open in 2024. Design is modern. Hotel room is of reasonable size. Hotel is at the busiest junction of Susukino of Sapporo. There are numerous restaurants and shopping areas nearby. There js a shopping mall underneath as well. Very convenient if you take public transport. For drivers, use the jumbo 1000 parking. ¥1500 for one night. However, parking lot is extremely small for Japan standard.

Prepaid room booked w TRIP ("Superior Double") for 3 nights but seemed the room rates only cover lowest possible category. (Understand now why for same room to come with 1 breakfast almost doubled my room rates) Lowest floor (9/F vs 7/F hotel lobby) when check-in slightly after 5 pm on Apr 24 NO street view (+ ¥4000 JPY extra for same low floor) facing the wall & roof of adjacent buildings :( NO public bath access ( unless + ¥ 10000 JPY extra to upgrade to next category but same floor only / NO view) NO Lounge Access even paying extra (Breakfast @ ¥4000) The worse part is even willing to pay the extra ¥20000 (¥ 10000 + 4000 + 4000 & exclusive if 10% TAX ) for each night , the 3rd night would be back to the same room before check-out date As an Hotel group member , I should have booked a 3連泊 Member rates to avoid all the troubles with much less costs. One more thing : good location next to subway exit BUT around midnight hotel access room key required to the Mall / Hotel with homeless & drunken around Not an experience visitor wanted on a first night stay at Sapporo

Excellent location. Just a step away from Susukino station and right in the city centre. Lots to eat. Explore. And shop. The hotel is comfortable and has great facilities allowing convenient accessibility. The gym is adequately equipped and the laundry room was fast and efficient. I especially like that the amenities allow for your own choice in order to reduce wastage. Service reception during check in and out were all professional and friendly

Checking in on Apr 24 briefly after 5 pm @ 7/F Lobby and was assigned to a "Superior Double" almost the lowest floor (9/F w NO view) for the 3 nights stay The window was covered by double curtains (facing adjacent buildings walls & rooftop ???) but still heard apparent low-pitched background noise. Went back to Front Desk for room change and the reply was since the prepaid rates limitation , surcharge as follows: (10% tax NOT inclusive) ¥4000 JPY for SAME floor room facing the other side ¥10000 JPY for room category upgrade to "Superior +" just for Public Bath access with another ¥4000 JPY just for add-on breakfast NO Lounge Access even if paying further ... Even willing to pay the above ¥20000 JPY extra , only the first 2 nights could be entertained coz the 3rd night was an weekend stay thus I would have to move back to the same room (???) before check-out date although late checkout was offered due to my Hotel loyalty membership. Given the downtown location, I didn't bother to pay all these extras coz one can resort to similar facilities nearby. The most unsettling part is that if I hadn't booked with 2 different prepaid reservation, I could have booked w member rate for 3連泊 rates which better suits my expectations ... Also a bit scary for single female guest to go back hotel via the only Mall / Hotel entrance midnight coz someone without room keycard might follow inside .
