Everything is good. Location is excellent that you can access either on the ground floor or underground street. Staff is nice and patient to explain to you when there is any enquiry. Room is clean and spacious. Would stay again next time!

Easy check in and check out. They have parking as well which is great. The bakery near the hotel entrance is good.

Hotel is directly connected to the underground shopping street and is quite close to Susukino station. The room was nice and comfy and we had a great stay for five nights.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The location is superb for us as it is very convenient for food and cafe hunting.

Located at the hub of the area, very convenient to access to different sightseeing, restaurants, landmarks, JR etc in just minutes. Convenient store, human made just at your hotel. Clean, hip hotel with a sizeable washroom and tub, they offer welcome drink in tokens where you can choose your own drink and snacks. The only comment is they do not offer linen change or cleaning throughout your stay (though they change towels).

Extremely convenient location, great service. However, there are some dirt on the desk, and no daily room cleaning is provided. Yet a very good hotel overall.
