We liked the property but there was one problem. One of the two elevators was out of service the whole time we were there and we used the stairs every day. It was very inconvenient.

Arrived last checkin time- gentleman was very friendly and accommodating to get us into our room.

There was nothing I did not like. The employees were happy and very cordial - greeting guests as they came and left. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choices and the concierge helpful and chock full if information. It was very quiet also
The only negative was the parking people who I don't think worked for the hotel but rather worked for another company at the hotel. They could have cared less - watched you struggle with luggage and before you even got to your room - had sent a text requesting a tip.Not very professional

Great location and all of the staff were outstanding. Our room had a problem with the TV and Coffee maker - which never got fixed even though we reported it on day one. One elevator was down the whole tiem leaving only 1 operable for 7 stories. The breakfast was great - awesome choices and variety and the staff was super friendly. front desk great too. the parking is a pain - it's $50 per night plus tip every time you get your car out. If you do the tip on the app - min allowed is $5, recommended is $7. That's alot for in/out at $50/night. Location was perfect as was the view. Splurge for the river views!!

We love the fact that there was a bar in the lobby as well as a concierge available during the day. The location was fabulous and the room was very clean.

Everything was great except the pool and gym were closed, and only one elevator was working which took a long time

During are vist the hotel only had one workings elevator. We used the stairs alot not a bad thing, we could use the steps lol. The room was great bathroom could use a better cleaning.

Elevator takes a long time on checkout day, only 1 elevator at this time, other one is under construction and has been for awhile. Only complaint really. Breakfast is good, beds sleep good, big rooms for 4 people to stay comfortable.

Very good location: accruals the street to River walk, 10-15 min walk to historical districts, next to bus stop of Old Savannah Tour Trolley, public parking ($2/hr $20/day) is next to hotel if you don’t want to use valet parking ($45/day).
One Elevator is in maintenance and take quite long time to wait !
