Die Anreise war angenehm unkompliziert, nach 22:00 Uhr steht ein Schlüsselsafe zur Verfügung. Hauseigene Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Mein Einzelzimmer war sauber und gemütlich, zweckmäßig aber modern eingerichtet mit großem Flatscreen TV, kleinem, aber feinen Badezimmer, leider ohne Außenfenster. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und engagiert, es gibt eine kleine heimelige Bar, die nach einem geschäftigem Tag zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Küche kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, auch das Frühstück nicht, da ich eher ein Spätaufsteher bin und das Buffet nur bis 09:30 geöffnet ist. Dafür, sowie für das fehlende "Fenster zum Hof" im Badezimmer leider einen Punkt weniger. Dafür war das Bett angenehm fest und ich habe hervorragend geschlafen, nicht zuletzt auch durch die quasi fehlende Geräuschkulisse. Mein Fazit..: Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor zu moderaten Preisen. Immer gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer machte einen sauberen Eindruck, die Einrichtung gefiel uns nicht besonders. Das Fühstücksbuffet war OK. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut und empfehlswert. Alles in Allem waren wir zufrieden.

Una scelta obbligata in questa zona ma deludente. La struttura sarebbe carina ma ci sono parecchi punti negativi. Molte stanze si raggiungono con scale non comode (strette). Le stanze sono vecchiotte e prive di alcune comodità, inoltre l'isolamento acustico sembra assente. Una mia telefonata a voce normale, ore 9.30 pm, ha causato la reazione nella stanza vicina che evidentemente sentiva tutto. Io poi l'ho sentita russare a lungo. La reception è spesso deserta e ho aspettato due volte in due giorni 10 minuti. La colazione è decente ma non eccezionale. Da segnalare il ristorante interno che non sarebbe malissimo per gli standard locali se i camerieri fossero meno freddi e scortesi. Il prezzo intorno ai 100 Euro a notte è forse normale ad Amburgo ma eccessivo considerando il servizio.
