The hotel and its two employees that we saw gave me the impression that they didn't really feel like looking after their guests. On site you will then find out that the bar is not open, which was communicated differently, and which unfortunately is quite a downer for our friends weekend, as we like to spend two nights together in our hotels and know that our children are accommodated in their rooms. Other hotels - even in Corona times - have already shown themselves to be much more flexible. Location is very good, breakfast too, room standard, but the reception should perhaps be staffed with empathetic people, because as the saying goes: "if you can't smile, you shouldn't open a shop"

Hotel molto carino e curato, arredamento moderno. Colazione ottima. In stanza in armadio a scomparsa presente anche il microonde e lavandino per uso cucina. Ottimo il garage sottostante (pubblico) convenzionato con l'hotel ed accesso diretto. Logisticamente perfetto per la visita del Castello di Schwetzingen (1 minuto a piedi) e proprio nel centro del paese. Possibilità di raggiungere la vicina Heidelberg (2 mezzi) in circa 1 ora.

Расположен в самом центре, в 100 м от замка. Заявлен, как аж 4 звезды! Реконструированное старое здание. Внутри все новое, видно, недавно был или ремонт или реконструкция. Чисто. Заселяясь, будьте готовы к самостоятельной регистрации в уличном терминале. Что-то пошло не так - и останетесь на улице. Ресепшн находится на территории ресторана внутри, вы к нему без пропуска не попадете, а с вечера до утра вообще не работает, помочь некому. Номер чистый, убирают, полотенца меняют. Был при +36 С на улице. Кондиционеров нет от слова совсем. Стоит вентилятор, и на том спасибо. На сайте в списке достоинств и удобств в номере заявлено "отопление". А что, его могло не быть? Завтрак не так уж и плох, но на отель 2 - 3*. Из "горячего" яйца вареные, омлет, шкварки бекона. Горячее на заказ, положенное для 4*? Не, не слышали. В столовой самообслуживание: берешь поднос, кладешь еду, потом относишь на тележку. Никакого, даже мизерного, спортзала нет. Про сауну молчу. В целом, по-деревенски милое место, но никаких 4-х звезд тут и близко нет.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Parken ist im öffentlichen Parkhaus möglich mit Aufgang in das Hotel. Zimmer eher einfach. Als sehr unangenehm empfand ich, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Im Zimmer war es trotz geöffnetem Fenster nach hinten raus unerträglich heiß. Frühstücksleistung halbwegs in Ordnung.
